It took almost 20 minutes to find my room because of lack of directions at the hotel. A fellow customer helped me find it. When I arrived to the room it was so hot and the a/c was not working and did not get help had to sleep very uncomfortable the entire night

Several things made our stay here less than pleasurable. First, we were hit with "Hidden" fees that were not included in the original quote. We were quoted one price for a 3-day/night stay yet I was charged another higher price to my card. I tried reaching out to Beach Front Studios to find out what the extra charges were for and have yet to get an answer. Secondly, the condo that we stayed in was dirty, the bathroom toilet was broken, the kitchen utensils were covered in food and the floor was unswept when we arrived. Lastly, the overall state of the hotel was not good. It smelled musty and most of the carpeting showed signs of water damage. I will not book here again.

Unit owners responsive. Needs more staff for larger property amenities that are completely closed for use-except beach access.
Beachfront unit view the best part. The linens were exceptional.

We didn't even make it pass the lobby it is a ghost town with homeless people being escorted from the property while we were checking in to an empty front desk just a bunch of signs giving you a number to call security said it has been that way for years. We never went to room and yet we feel we were not really told truth about this property and pictures were old cause my dad stayed 4yrs ago and knew they had pools and now we were told they never listed pools and we want a refund but website says non refundable and nobody has even reached out to us.

It was very quiet and relaxing absolutely loved our stay. Easy access to the beach the pools aren’t working right now which was fine we knew before we booked it. Still very awesome stay without the pool will stay here again!

All the amenities were closed (pools, fitness center, bar, and sauna). The room had termites swarming the lamp and bed, wings were covering the table and floor. The host never responded to my message informing them off the infestation. Also had palmetto bugs.

The pictures online on hotels.com made this look like a beautiful resort, but it was not, none of the amenities were open, to get to the ocean you had to walk around the hotel and parking garage, the ac didnt work very good, the door was almost off the hinges, the tub water wouldn't completely shut off, there was pigeons living on the tiny balcony so droppings everwhere, at night the cockroaches came out, the kitchen sink did not drain. I would not recommend this place!

I had the worse experience at this place! The room smelled so bad and carpet felt disgusting! we had to buy air freshener to help with the smell. The TV would NOT turn on, after several attempts to notify the owner, they responded the day before we were leaving to ask if it was still not turning on. The WIFI was off, after sending a message to owner, I guess he restarted it.
I DO NOT recommend staying here. DISGUSTED.

First room had no hot water, ac unit could not cool the room, front door had hinge issue where only an adult could lift the door to close it. Porch unusable due to bird droppings. All pools are closed. All restaurants are closed. 2nd day new room same hot water issue, there was none, ac on max room at 75. At 8:00 am construction company woke everyone up. Yes don’t book your stay here. We checked out at 9;30am and drove back home. This was not a vacation. My kids hated this place. Still awaiting my refund. Don’t stay here until construction is finished…..this place should be condemned.

The pictures made you think it was ocean front, all the amenities were closed both pools, ocean view bar all of it was closed, no ice had to go to another floor for ice. If the amenities were open I would have have a wonderful stay!!! It was boring nothing to do there.

The door to the condo wouldn’t close properly you had to physically lift the door to close. The AC didn’t cool the room. We were not notified there was no pool access or beach access from condo. Reached out to number for questions with no response.

We had stayed at this location several years ago and truly enjoyed all the amenities. However all the amenities we were looking forward to are closed due to hurricane damage that occurred almost a year ago. This was not disclosed.

I am saddened by the condition this resort has been left in after the hurricanes. There are no amenities absolutely nothing not even the gym is open. Although you can rent a nice avocado bike from the lobby. This was not our first time at the resort but will be our last time. Hotels.com gave a very vague description of this property. Had we know that there were no pools inside or out, gym, lounge area we would not have booked. I will not mention who but there was an employee there that was talking to one of the longtime residents about how after the hurricanes the owner took the insurance money and pocketed instead of making the repairs to the seawall and building. The building honestly from the beach looks like it's being held up by cables. We did in fact enjoy our stay even though we didn't get to do anything that we anticipated! We will be back to Daytona because we love the area, we will not be back to the resort. Just very saddened by the conditions this beautiful property has been left in by greed. Oh, might I mention, I was charged twice as much when I got to the property as I was quoted online. Just very disappointing.

No smoking policy, yet the whole floor and room smelled like smoke. Two roaches were found in our room and the shower was absolutely disgusting. We will not ever be booking again.

The room we had was nice. It was clean. It definitely needed more upgrades. The ac was loud. The tub was rusty. You could still see repercussions of the hurricane damages and water damage. Guest services were friendly and helpful. The location and the view were amazing.

It’s so sad what has happened to this beautiful resort! The owner needs to FIX The Pools and deck!!!!!! And there’s NO reason the restaurant, indoor pool or bathrooms are closed.

Building still damaged from hurricane last year, pools and concrete broken on outside, could easily be considered a run down hotel. Our room was more comfortable than a regular hotel room, had everything we needed for our stay, was one of those you get what you pay for kind of thing.

Well if you don’t intend on being at the hotel much, or you’re fine with just being confined to your room this is great. Otherwise run. They say that it’s clearly stated that the amenities are closed. But it doesn’t. We ran into other really disappointed couples as well. There is no pool, no hot tub, you have to park next door and walk over, no restaurant or dining area, and. For “ocean view” you have to look over a crusty rooftop before you can enjoy the view of the ocean. The lamps in the hallway are broken, and to top it off they sold my room twice! So someone accessed our room with our code as my husband was getting out of the shower. It was quite the embarrassing moment for the lady and my husband as he wasn’t expecting anyone and came out barely wrapped in his towel. When I mentioned this to the host. They just said yeah don’t worry it won’t happen again. But you can stay until 12, zero communication as at 10:30 the cleaning crew was banging on the door saying we needed to leave.

Room was nice and clean. Very disappointed that the pools were in such a bad condition and nothing was mentioned at the time of reservation. Unable to use inside pool either. But overall this was a family gathering and we all had a great time after all. Will definitely go back when pool get fix.

I’ve had many rooms from this site, this by far was the worst.. To begin, before I arrived called to inform that i was in route to reservation. Host answered then hung up on me, then text how can they help? Eventually got that situated, arrived and there was no parking. No parking pass provided either which had us at risk of being towed! Unlocked room lights didn’t work. Used kitchen light assuming it would be fixed(wrong) shower sprayed everywhere bathroom floor was always wet, including leaking tub. Was sold on a beach side room with balcony, that was also a lie. Room was nothing like pictures at alllllll.. A/c drainage into room which made carpet mold . Bed gave us constant back problems and we have no back issues. Room is very small, I could go on and on but please don’t waiste your money here. And Hotels.com was no help either. We were screwed for a whole week. Oh and no beach access, everything was closed in lobby,Pool,gym, business center,restaurant,lounge even front desk. Complete nightmare!!
