This place is straight up garbage. I cannot believe that it is only 4 years old haha. DO NOT STAY THERE. I left in the middle of the night it was so bad. What was wrong with it?
1 - My door didn't lock. At all. I came back to my room the first night and my door pushed open. Good thing I had a $5k computer in there. And it did not close. At all.
2 - Roaches everywhere. I woke up with a roach crawling on my arm.
3 - Smelled like mildew and the floors were all sticky.
4 - There were dogs barking all night and people running through the halls at 2 am.
DO NOT stay here. I am waiting on my refund. If I do not get it this week I am going to destroy every review I can find online about this garbage dumpster.

DISGUSTING! Might just be the nastiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Roaches greeted us the moment we walked into the room. Floors looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. We will NEVER be back

Room wasn’t ready on time, room smelled like pickled sausage and smoke, found a dead roach in the room.
AC did not work, would not allow you to change the temperature.
Stains on bed
Screaming yelling all night and loud footsteps. This is the loudest hotel I have been to in my life. Absolutely no rest. Worst hotel ever, also rough crowd that hangs out in the parking lot all day and night.

The check-in was good. The lady there was pleasant and check-in was quick. The next day I asked for two extra towels since I had reserved for two adults and two children and only two towels were in the room. The front desk person that was there on that day told me, there were no extra towels and that if I had reserved for four, I should have asked for them on the day of check in. I also asked about the kitchen utensils and such since there was a posting saying that they have been provided and there were none in the room. The lady told me I should have asked for those upon check in. The elevator seemed as if the heater was on the entire time. The bathroom was clean, but the floors in the entire room felt sticky. The price was good, but because of my experiences there, and how they were handled I will not be staying there again.

The Check in Staff were dressed to the 9s. Friendly / Professional. I'm on the road 50 weeks a year. This was the best in 2-3 years by far. Price was very agreeable. Breakfast Good, with options.

When we first arrived everything seemed fine, but when we were cleaning our rooms we noticed that the sheets on one of the beds were filthy. When we asked for more sheets the lady behind the counter acted as if she was very annoyed. We haven't had internet in about a week. Nobody au the front desk seems to care, like this is something normal. I've missed days at school and money online. And they won't compensate for it either because it's supposed to be "free". I don't care about that it's the impact of not having working wifi that is inconvenient.

My wife and I arrived after midnight and there was no one at the front desk. We were tired from the flight and we just wanted to go to sleep, but we wait one hour at the reception where nobody was there until finally someone show up . We were so disappointed and I was about to walk out when someone came in and said “ohh i was out for 15 minutes “ which it was a lie I took a video when i came in and I took a video when we’re leaving. It was almost 55 minutes.

Pretty decent stay kind of misleading around the room though sign on refrigerator says dishes etc. provided in this room for use but we didn’t have any, sign in the bathroom said kitchen utensils available for purchase at front desk. The room was pretty clean to begin with but once we needed new linen it was hairs on the comforter that didn’t belong to any of us so we kind of questioned the cleanliness of them since they just got them out of laundry. Last night there we came across a baby roach going under the bed the next morning one went under the crack of the wall in the bathroom but nothing too crazy. Location is great though it’s near plenty of shopping centers and convenience for gas/food.

Had no housekeeping to clean rooms had to go to front desk for towels a lot of people smell kng weed needs security on property. Do not stay at this place was ver disappointed suppose to be and suite wasn’t didn’t have no pots are pans silverware etc to cook with but have a stove it needs improvements.

The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Only issue we had it was on the first floor and lots of outside noise. I will make sure I get a higher floor next time

AC would only work on the coldest setting and would randomly make really loud noises. Read everything about amenities before booking. You have to pay for just about everything separately from booking.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was non-smoking, but everything in room smelled of old smoke, and mariijuana could be smelled throughout entire stay.

Laminate floors not very clean. Feet looked like i was walking barefoot outside and it was just coming from shower to bed.

Place was absolutely disgusting. Place looks to be a fairly new facility, no towels at all was told they was short on towels and needed washed. Staff at counter was rude and place smells like weed everywhere. Ac didn’t work. Absolutely disgusting dirty from the lobby to elevator had body fluids in it the whole time we stayed if I could found another place we would have left.

First off, NO POOL! Who would have thought a hotel in Florida with no pool! For 2 people, one towel, one washrag a person. Took a shower for the night and no clean towel or wash rag for morning. No hand towel at all. Had to use bath towel for hand towel. No shampoo no hair dryer either. Only coffee offered for breakfast. Was worried about my car also with people hanging out in back of hotel. 2:00am could hear people in next room. If could have canceled last minute without having to pay I would have. Was not a comfortable stay. Nice person at front desk who checked me in though. Area was close enough to restaurants/shopping within 10 minutes.

The bed was full of hair and stains, smelled like cigarettes and dirt. Upon arrival and upon departure after complaining for the unclean bedroom, the staff was ineffective helping me.

There was not enough towels for us in the room. No iron, pbone, or ironing board in the room. The morning receptionist was unprofessional to my spouse. Liked being close to stores and restaurants.

That property needs to be closed down by the state health department. It was very dirty and smell. In addition, roaches were crawling on the floor in the bed, on the pillows. It was a disaster. My wife and I left the same night to go check-in a nearby hotel. I paid my money for nothing. Expedia should drop them. It is the worst place ever!

Overall our 2 night stay was good. Location was perfect for our needs. Room lacked amenities. Had kitchenette but no supplies to cook or eat. You had to buy them. No hairdryer or ironing board/iron in room and no hanger to hang cloths. Beds were clean and comfortable.
