We had booked a two bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a three bedroom which was very spacious. We were travelling with a 2 year old and there wasn't any carpet or rug for him to play on (in fact we thought it would be a perfect pet friendly resort). Also no bath tub. Furniture in the living room was old and not in good condition.

Nice overnight trip to the beautiful Central Coast

Nice view, but won’t be returning. When we checked in, we were told to park on the street as only the bottom floor guests have access to those. We booked the queen bedroom penthouse. The room was dirty, and even the cleaners didn’t take out the rubbish bin that was left full with a bunch of empty wine bottles surrounding it. The drains in both bathrooms smell. We tried pouring water down, but didn’t change anything. If the manager reading this wants to chat about this and further feedback, please let me know. I would have given this feedback on site if there was any staff around to give it. The reception desk was closed by 5pm when the hours were listed until 6pm.

It was nice to be able to park in front of my door but very difficult to fit in the spot, had I not had a small car it would have been impossible.

Easy to find & good parking. The view didn’t look like the ones in the photos but the room was still nice and easy to sleep in.

I was nice and clean

Was a little disappointed with this property. Not sure if you could call it a resort. The fittings and fixtures throughout the room needed a full replacement. Place looked a little rundown for such a relatively new property. Service was very casual and car parking was always full and very limited street parking due to No Parking signs everywhere. Unlikely to stay here again.

Cleanliness, friendly staff

Pool not heated, lift is out of work.We need walking to the unit.

All apartments have designated parking spots and no one respects that not even management.They don't adhere to this allowing guests to park where they want and patrons with parking are unable to park in their designated spot. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbors.. Be aware of the noise you make.

The place was a bit untidy, not close to the shops.

Comfortable, suited my needs, housekeeping was fantastic, safe and close to main area of town. Great stay, thank you.

We were paying extra to pay on arrival, only to be told that our credit card had already been charged. Moved to a different room as the original was very noisy. New room was clean but furniture very old. Verandah furniture was broken, bed that we slept in had the support slats fall out during the night. No one was in attendance at the office next morning for check out to report this to. In fact no one appeared to be in attendance at the office whenever we walked past. Not a well run motel, in our opinion

Floor filthy Lake stinks no air con

The room was really nice and clean, staff were very helpful. Parking is not the easiest and it was extremely noisy especially after 10pm. But kids were just having fun. Only 1 towel hook in bathroom so could do with more especially if there were more than 2 people in the room. We were upgraded to a family which was very nice. Outdoor grassed area needs a bit of attention as needed a mow and outdoor furniture dirty. Great location

No resort

Rooms are a bit tired and we could not open the shower screen fully to get in so had to dismantle it. It’s a great location right on the lake. We only stopped for a weekend stay but would not want to do a longer stay

Uncomfortable bed, street noise annoying, room was not up to par for the price paid.

Poor service. The property is greatly overpriced and not representative of what is advertised.

Friendly staff. A wonderful heated pool. The rooms also have a kitchen which is excellent if you don’t like to eat out for every meal. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value!

Words of an advice, Don't stay there!!! The room given to us stunk of cigarettes smell. We asked the hotel to change the room and the hotel refuses. Under no choice, we had to reject the booking. Then the hotel lied yo us that Expedia would charge us cancellation fees. I told the hotel that I wasn't cancelling my booking. Instead, I rejected the booking as the hotel failed to provide a clean room. The hotel refuses to resolve the situation and told us to wait until next Monday to brush us off. We were just tourists there and who would stay there until next Monday to sort things out?! Hence, I had to ask Expedia to step in to resolve the issue. Finally the hotel gave us another room which didn't stink of cigarettes. Overall, the room's tidiness level is poor. Lots of signs saying that we would be fined if we don't clean the room. With the fact that the hotel lies to us about cancellation fees, we were under a lots of stress staying in the hotel and tried to make sure we clean as we go to avoid hectic fines. Overall, the facilities and the room conditions are pretty bad and require some maintenance.

The first room we checked into was not very clean so they moved us & the next room was better.

The lake and view were magnificent! The property was ok, we were only there for one night it wasn’t perfect as the blinds were broken the maintenance person was called, but never came. The pool was dirty. The apartment was not cleaned properly. This property has got so much potential to be amazing as the views are beautiful and the building is still new. It just needs a bit of tlc

Satisfactory stay in a studio room. Was fully booked during school holidays so parking was awkward and lap pool was very busy. Floors were gritty with sand/dust. Ensuite was too small to dry yourself in and the shower curtain let the water on the floor. Described as fitted to 4.5 stars but not so. Furniture was dated and there was nowhere to hang anything longer than a skirt.

Great little property. Rooms would be better with dimmable lights and a TV that's connected to the antenna. The internet in this ear kept dropping out via phone and hotel WiFi making local channel streaming sometimes hard. Close to the parks and Beachcombers bar. Quick drive to others restaurants.

We loved staying here for 2 nights, the view of the lake was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was nice. The resort was close to Norah head rock pool and lighthouse. Would stay again.

In need of desperate updating Furniture was equivalent of op shop buying … mismatched and poor condition Poor cleanliness. Would have not stayed except needed accom for hospital appointments and nowhere else available Too many photos to upload

I loved how accessible the pool, spa and sauna was. Beautiful outdoors area with a BreakFeast room. Wonderful heated pool. Friendly and approachable Management.

Good value, location and super helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again.

I had to ring there there was no one there at the office and also to drop off the keys , key box was broken

Compared to others we have stayed in, in the area, quite disappointing. Insufficienct “extras in the bathroom “, although it was serviced appartments we did not receive any service at all, people smoking and congregating outside our room, very noisy room from traffic and vending machines. We will not use this motel again.

Room was ok, nothing outstanding but clean and comfortable. The main problem was there wa as lot of noise late at night. There were signs up saying “no noise after 10pm” but right up until I fell asleep at about midnight, there were loud young people making a lot of noise in the halls. And the noise really echoes off the walls. They kept me up.
