Great hotel, but they should stop publishing on Expedia that they have laundry service! No laundry is available at the hotel!!! Other than that, lovely hotel, nice breakfast and great location.

A very pretty, quirky and pleasant small hotel with friendly helpful staff. We only had one night here but really enjoyed it and loved the town of Mulhouse.

We had a really nice two night stay here. The hotel reception area and breakfast room are decorated beautifully. The breakfast offering was fantastic. Central location for the city/town. Convenient for travelling to Basel.

Séjour agréable, répondant à notre attente. Le plus est sa situation au Centre-ville. Par contre nous avons trouvé exagéré le prix des petits déjeuner surtout avec un enfant qui mange presque rien. Dans la chambre, il serait bien de rajouter une poignée dans la baignoire pour les personnes ayant un peu de mal à se déplacer.

Quirky, nice reception and breakfast room. Room was ok. Sauna and steam room very dated. Need to turn them on yourself which is probably better environmentally but I couldn't find a light for the sauna so gave up. Seems a bit overpriced.

Hyggeligt hotel lige midt i mulhouse , et hotel med retro stil både på værelser og i spise området Hvis I kommer i bil så kan der parkeres i p- kælder med direkte indgang til hotel ( 2 € for 4 timer ) Morgen maden er så som så med ( måske fordi jeg er dansk , og ikke er så meget til kager om morgenen , og udvalget var ikke det største Men det er et godt udgangs sted for by liv og adgang til vin ruten der starter ikke så langt fra byen

5 things i loved - the young staff and their recommendations, the decor of the breakfast room(tables 6' apart too) and selection of foods, the comfy pillows in my room, the frivolous artwork that made me smile every morning, the closeness to Place de la Reunion and bakeries and shops. The only thing that could have been a little better was the slippery bath tub (pet peeve about hotel bathtubs),

Lovely hotel, super centrally located & with friendly and helpful staff! The room was spacious with large windows which brought in a lot of natural light (I loved it!) but since that was the majority of the light, the room was a little dim after sunset. Overall, everything was great and I am happy I stayed there! :)

The lobby is so beautiful and the staff so helpful and friendly. The parking is bellow the hotel. Located in the center of the town. Best place to stay in Mulhouse

We had to stay an extra night at Mulhouse after canceling our trip to Basel. We stayed at Hotel du Parc the night before. We arrived before 1pm, hoping for an early check in. We thought they would be expediting our room, but that didn’t happen. Three groups of people got their rooms when they arrived after we did. We didn’t get to our room until 3:15pm. We had to wait in their overly decorated lobby, with at least ten Christmas trees and American Christmas music in the background. It was torture. Our room was a suite. It was spacious with a depressing view of a rooftop wet with rain and moss. As with the lobby and dining area, it was filled with a mishmash of furnishings. Only one nightstand with one lamp. There was a bright hanging lamp over the bed. We had to move a chair to use as a nightstand on the other side of the bed to charge our phones. The small refrigerator was in the floor by the desk. Buffet breakfast was awful. No napkins over the bread being sliced. Everyone was touching the bread you were about to slice and eat. Fresh orange juice meant you had to peel and process your own oranges. The hotel was steps away from the Christmas market, which is why we chose it.

Décoration exeptionnelle dans le thème de Noël, beaucoup d’effort de déco.Personnel très agréable et accueillant.Petit plus une machine à café dans la chambre avec 2 dosettes, dommage qu’il n’y ai pas eu de réapprovisionnement les jours suivants

Hôtel magnifiquement décoré pour cette période de Noël. Très bien situé, au pied des marchés de Noël. Personnel accueillant et bienveillant. Parking public au sous-sol avec accès direct à l’hôtel, avons payé 8€ de 16h à 9h30. Chambre propre et confortable. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec également une super déco dans la salle.

We had stayed at La Maison in June and found the room spacious and charming. Our return trip in September was a different story. The room was cramped and in desperate need of updating. Staff were very friendly both times however!

We parked on the street, because we had to charge our electric car. Because of that we had trouble finding de entrance of the hotel inside the parking garage beneath the hotel. But once inside, the hotel has a very fun and welcoming atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast super.

Central location but quiet. Very helpful staff. Breakfast not cheap but an excellent spread.

Quite eclectic in decor! Room was a good size with bathrooms. No separate shower in our room. Clean. Views over breakfast terrace and church steeples, which came to life at 8 am! Staff very helpful with restaurants (of which there are plenty) and most enquiries! Great position for walking in Mulhouse, even the zoo!

L'etablissement est trés bien tenu. Le personnel extrêmement sympatique. Le petit dejeuné exceptionnel. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit et cela a suffit pour avoir un avis extrement positif sur l'hotel. Petit plus le parking public payant (raisonnable) est situé sous l'hotel.

Un accueil chaleureux, un service au petit soin, un décor original, tout confort, en plein centre de mulhouse ou vous pouvez tout faire à pied ou en tram.Petit dej un peu cher mais vu ce qu'il comporte y a rien à redire.
