Great location, near downtown and walking path on lake. Staff were friendly, check in was quick and easy, and the rooms were fresh, clean, and comfortable. Great view of the lake, beautiful with fall colors. Will stay again.

Walls are thin, we could here the person next door snoring
all night long. Uncontrollable HVAC vent above entry door is loud runs constantly. You could hear the person above walking around. Finishes are nice but the noises are terrible.

Everything was great. We ejoyed our stay very much. The only thing they needed to improve was their breakfast. Minimal choices and not good.

Hotel was nice and in a good location but there was only one chair in the room so if more than one person wanted to work at the desk or on a computer it was impossible. Chair was hard to move as no wheels on it. There was no lotion or shower cap in the room. Had to ask for it. Breakfast was just ok … pool was very small

Great New hotel with a very Nice look and great Lake overview. The area around the hotel is not so developed but that is not the fault of the hotel. It is a 10 min walk to downtown

It was a wonderful place to stay as our lay over headed to Washington. Lake view was amazing.

property was great. right on the lake. we didnt get a room with a lake view but there is one side that does have rooms for the view. We were on motorcycles. my one complaint other than the young man that didnt listen to our question about parking them and if we wanted a bottle of water it would cost us $7.00. what a goudge.

It was clean, comfortable, easy to get to and a welcome nights sleep.

Booked a King suite, but it wasn’t available when we checked in as it had been given to another guest as an upgrade. Staff was apologetic and put us in a Queen/Queen room for a night and had us in our reserved suite the following day. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. Good walking distance to Main Street (where some shops and restaurants are).

Nice quiet comfortable safe beautiful space...breakfast was ono with a spacious dining area! The thing that blew me away was how small the pool was (why sooo small 😒). Two kids were there enjoying themselves with their parents on deck watching and you felt like you would be intruding if you joined in. Bummer....other than that it was awesome‼️😎

This hotel was a gem on our trip. The hotel was
really clean and staff very nice and helpful. It is located on the edge of a lake. There is a walking trail along the edge of the lake. It was fun to watch the ducks and geese. They had a fire pit and outside seating. Very nice.

Weird-price was way cheaper on other site. Check in was great!! Guys were so helpful! Check out lady was sloppy kinda rude and didn’t seem to care if she was there. We had a Brocken blow dryer and told her she seemed like “oh well” not I’m sorry… breakfast was outstanding!

For $250+ a night, the hotel was overall a little lacking. The pool was one of the smallest we’ve experienced, the room was comfortable enough but nothing special and the breakfast was pretty simple.

This is a fairly new hotel very near downtown Klamath Falls, about a 10 minute walk. Rooms on the lake side have a terrific view and can watch the loons. There is also a nice patio overlooking the lake, open to all. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The TV includes Netflix, which we appreciate. We have stayed here several times.

I had previously stayed here because they had complimentary EV charging which was convenient when traveling. I called prior to booking to make sure that was still the case and was told yes.
Upon checking on the chargers are now fee based.
I explained the situation to the front desk clerk and was basically given a “oh well” response.
I couldn’t cancel because I had booked through Expedia. As a matter of principle this sucks !
