Sticky floor and small bed. Pillows were reeking dust

They don't clean the rooms every day. Only every 7 days. Imagine no Collette garage.

On the desk chair there was a butt stain. Like if someone sat there without no close. It was disgusting. The floor was dirty like it wasnt mopped. Sad because i always choose this hotel because of the cleanliness.

Great front desk service. Clean entry. Elevator very clean and bright. Hallway to 4th floor room was clean and pretty. Walls painted and clean. Room clean and looked like new. HEADBOARD ON BED REALLY NEEDED ATTENTION. SHOULD BE CLEANED WELL AFTER EACH GUEST LEAVES. Otherwise completely satisfied.

Unfortunately it won't let me leave pictures once again for some reason I would show you how dirty is the floors were when we wipe them with we wiped with a washcloth when water was spilled. There was also candy wrappers under the bed and under the chair. Barbara and Kayla that work the front desk are very nice and very helpful. We needed a place to stay for two nights for the rest of our trip as we forgot to book everything in advance so we made the mistake of booking here and if you are picky like I am do not stay here. If you want a coffee pot it's a very small one you have to get from the front desk and they do not provide coffee filters. Any dishes you want for the kitchen that comes with the room you have to get from them but they are not clean they were dirty and sticky so I just went to the store and bought everything I needed and use my own dishes. They also do not provide soap for the dishes or the sink. You get a couple of towels with your room if you want more you have to take your dirty ones up to the front desk and ask for more this was so out of the norm for me we will never stay here again but I guess because it is mainly where people live and I did not know that beforehand should have did a little better on the reviews I would not suggest this place for a family most of all. It appears clean on the exterior but not so clean once you're in your room. There are unsafe situations going on around the property as well as a lot of marijuana smells inside and out.

Hotel is affordable but with exception of two front desk clerks the five people I encountered were rude including the manager. I saw her being very rude to a guest and just walked away in the middle of their conversation. I told her good morning and she made a face and turned around while smoking her cigarette and never acknowledged me. The room stayed very humid which caused the bed linens and my clothes to stay wet and smell like mildew. AC leaked water two nights I was there. Stayed a week and got two towels and when I asked for clean ones after reusing the dirty ones they made a face. Eventually had to go buy my own. It seems a lot on homeless people stay around the hotel and I was constantly asked for money. It is very affordable and room was a nice size with comfortable bed but I wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two

I have stayed in a lot of places while traveling, this place is awesome. I would stay here again. Front desk reception was great and commodating to the clean and inviting room. Will highly recommend this place.

I liked the price. The free breakfast was limited. Some of the residents were a little sketchy.

The kitchen feature was unique. Didn’t like the limited selection of television channels, but that’s always an issue in lodging
