This hotel provides high-quality service and meticulous attention to detail. The staff is exceptional, and the rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean. Its convenient location directly across from Kia Stadium makes it ideal for event attendees. Furthermore, the hotel offers a pleasant view.

Love it. The only thing I didn’t know was that I could do valet for hotel and I parked and garage and couldn’t go out due to paying twice. Other then that was amazing my view and wife and aunt were both super close for Kany Garcia concert. AA++++

Not bad, check in was easy valet was easy. Hotel was clean and comfy and perfect location. Elevator was broken and wifi didn't work. Bar on the 18th floor was nice.

This is a nice new hotel in the downtown Orlando area but it is in a very noisy location right off of the freeway. It also does not have a pool. And it's not really in walking distance of anything. However the service was excellent and the AC sky bar had beautiful views. The breakfast was also very good. It was nice that they had affordable valet parking.

Some of the staff were rude and appeared to not want to be there. Need security to handle the crowd of people entering the building and elevators.

Perfect location for concert at the Kia center. Stylish rooms, clean and comfortable. Parking garage was a little pricey, but very convenient. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

We stayed here for the twenty one pilots concert at the kia center, and the staff were amazing to us and even gave us cold water bottles in the lobby when we got back from the venue.

My son & I were here for a Twenty One Pilots concert, and there was a line for the elevators upon our return, but the staff made it an extension of the party by playing the bands music and passing champagne!

Beautiful new and modern hotel. Very convenient to Kia center few minutes walk. They even give ear plugs and a white noise machine, though at least on our floor it was very quiet and they were not needed.

The place was amazing the ambience especially the bar upstairs was breathtaking with an amazing view. Definitely will be staying there again in the future and very convenient because it’s downtown and you could just walk anywhere.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. It is a excellent location to the Kia Center and walkable area to great food. The hotel is great, quick check-in, and excellent customer services. Rooms was clean and bed comfortable. I will definitely be back when in the downtown orlando area.

Views and bedding were great. Noise from roadway. Dirty diaper odor on leaving elevator to go to room and it was still there when we left the floor the next day.
They would not allow changing room to side of hotel away from roadway. Rooftop Breakfast and views were fabulous.

The entire stay was excellent. The front desk rep Christina was really nice and knowledgeable. Couple things you should know; the highway by the hotel so you can hear it (White noise), the music from the 18th floor ( hotel lobby/restaurant) you can hear the beat of the music. Please note we stayed on the 20th floor. The room however, you can’t hear your neighbors so that’s a plus! We didn’t use the valet parking we used the parking garage which is below the hotel building. We loved everything about our stay! I would recommend 10/10.

Sky bar is beautiful, but we were not abled to enjoy it as we didnt know we needed a reservation for the hotel bar. Smelled like sewage at the elevator. The A/C in the room took the whole night to almost get to the set temperature. Something else that was weird, the restroom light switch is on a 5 minuet timer so it leaves you in the dark if your shower is too long.
