This hotel stay was wonderful! But it was the hotel staff that made this trip so special. All of the staff was professional, helpful, friendly, and had a can do attitude. All front desk managers were exceptional.

I never stayed there since the person that was supposed to be at the front desk never came out, 45 minutes I was looking for him and he never came to the front. I couldn’t stay at that hotel, I had to end up getting another one! Worse experience ever

Josh at the front desk was terrific! He was welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He treated us like family- the kind we like. The property was thoughtfully planned and very guest oriented. Lives the pool, spa and outdoor space. We are so pleased by this Hilton brand that we are booking our next stay there.

Everything was great but, the best part was the positive uplifting attitude of the tall bald African American gentleman greeting everybody at the counter in the morning. He had kind positive words for everyone.

This is a very clean and new hotel. I arrived late and left early which didn't allow me to fully enjoy the spacious suite and the hotel amenities. I look forward to a future stay to take full advantage of this great hotel.

Breakfast was inconsistent depending who was doing it. When breakfast was done properly it was good. Coffee is also good. The hotel is very clean.

My kids stayed there and the entire time, they loved it and were so welcomed by the staff and the rooms were clean and they loved everything! They will be staying again for the Christmas holidays.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but had several large stains in the carpet. Cleaning staff were very nice but never cleaned our room during the stay. They did provide clean towels. Breakfast was good. Overall 4 out of 5.

We had such a great experience there. We booked the room with a great deal late night around 10 and got there at 11. The front desk gentleman was so friendly and nice. We enjoyed our one night stay at this place.

The evening guy (I think his name was Josh) was super friendly and worked really hard to make sure guests had what they needed.
The breakfast was decent, the rooms had great use of space and good amenities. The pool area and water were very clean. The pillows were good quality. I would stay here again.
