I think should have more shuttles for the airport

Generally Good. Just 10 min from the airport. The room a little smelled of detargent.

Breakfast was good.

They did not answer the phone when we tried to contact them to confirm pick up at airport. this needs to improve.

Easy access from Airport, more frequency could be an improvement.

Third time I went here to wait for my connection flights, they are amazing!

The staff was very attentive and super helpful in making sure our needs were met. Wonderful outside dining area.

Exceptionally convenient hotel for early morning flight returning to Sydney. Comfortable, spacious room with view of airport. No airport noise in the room. Excellent service providing shuttle at 2:30am and free takeaway breakfast. 100% recommendation

Very easy access to the aeroporto and breakfast was early served to accommodate earlier flights.

We were very pleased with our stay.

This is a good option if one is stranded at Guarulhos airport. Be aware that since it is one of the hotels where airline vouchers are accepted, the check in line is usually long. Breakfast is included in the rate, and the on-site restaurant is open for long hours (but has to be paid upfront, not charged to the room). Rooms are spacious and clean.

This is the worst possible location anyone could have chosen. Nothing here. Right under runway. Planes constantly buzz hotel until 2am. Start again at 5am. Semi truck, etc noise from street next to bue depot. Powere went out 6x in 1st 2 hrs. No snack kiosk. Thin pillows. I will give you shuttle info since they dont. Leaves hotel at 30 past every hour. I picked it up at T2 bus station area. They dropped people at T3 when i came back to airport. Not sure if they pick up there. Too far too walk. Bus drops you miles away. Shuttle or taxi is only safe way here.

We stayed there twice and both times there were long lines to check in

The hotel itself is nice but I was given a room that already had someone else in it! Can you imagine my surprise that after 20h flying I open the door of my hotel room and found someone else in the bed?!

Very convenient for transit passengers with over night stay in Brazil. Great service, rooms and food.

I will never say there again

I was going to give this hotel a very good rating until the Shuttle Transport Messed up my stay. Hotel nice, clean everything works as it shoud, etc. Food in restaurant is decent. HOWEVER, the airport shuttle and driver STINK ! I was flying out of Terminal 3. Driver drops me off at Terminal 2 even though he could have driven me to Terminal 3. Tells me I have to take a bus to Terminal 3 but really no explanation as to where to take it. No signs anywhere. I had to walk about 1/2 mile to Terminal 2 pulling my heavy carryon and back pack and I have a recently operated knee. This was not a pleasant experience. Also the driver drove like a moron, Speeding taking turns really fast. I suggest you skip the Shuttle and take a Taxi to the airport, they will take you to the terminal you want and in a much safer way its not a long drive. Would I Stay Here Again ? YES, but NOT use the hotel Shuttle to get to the airport.

Convenient for over night stay before flying out of São Paulo. Noisy street traffic throughout day and night. Breakfast so so. One night stay works.

The hotel was a good choice for an overnight stay. Shuttle to airport on time. Easy to check in. Comfortable rooms. Food was below average. Overall a good stay.
