This hotel is newer, a good staff, and the rooms are clean. It’s close to the downtown area and the lake for walk.

My room was freezing due to air conditioning that I couldn’t control. When I called the front desk to find out how to change the temperature I was told that there was a new system and I couldn’t change it. I am not used to air conditioning and was miserable all night because it was too cold for me.
Also the pool and hot tub were disappointing as the pool is too small to actually swim in and the hot tub only had seats for 3 people and that was tight! The location is good. Easy walk to parks and downtown!

Wonderful property especially for a family of 5. Fantastic breakfast choices, changing each day, including choices for a gluten free person. Walking path located right outside the door. Highly recommend.

Nice, newer property near the waterfront downtown. Approx 1/2 mile walk to shops, restaurants and breweries. Clean facility and nice staff, the breakfast was hit or miss, my only complaint. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Very good Fairfield. Good location on the lake (no real view), very comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast. Breakfast was noted as only available on the weekends, and was available on Friday morning.

The property is right on the lake and within a quick walking distance to downtown and amazing natural areas. We found a waterfall right off the pathway near the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very pleasant. My kids liked the many options for the breakfast. I loved the view of the lakeshore from the breakfast area. Close to downtown but never had any noise issues.

The lock to the side door was very loud when unlocking and our room was close so we heard people entering all night long. In-room lighting was limited- 3 small lamps. Dining room tables were not cleaned for breakfast this am when we ate at 7am. Front desk staff was friendly. Nice location close to town. If the room rates are lower than other hotels like Staybridge or Hampton Inn then I would stay there again.

The hotel is centrally located, right next to Lake Superior/ bike path, and beautiful inside and out! They have everything you may need while traveling. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Marquette, Michigan!

Everything was clean, well-appointed fitness room, pool and hot tub area small but clean and fine for us since it wasn’t busy, breakfast was tasty and offered plenty of variety and was well-stocked, staff was friendly

The bed was great. The couch and second tv was awesome and I was able to hook up my iPad to it just like at home. The hotel was in walking distance from downtown town which was nice for bar hopping.

Room booked was not like the pictures on the website. Bed area in the suite was supposed to be partially divided from seating area with the pull-out couch. It was not. There was running water 24/7 next to our room. Couldn't figure out what that was. Breakfast was not great. The cost was expensive for what you get.

Beautiful hotel with a water view of Lake Superior. The breakfast was fantastic. Closed to everything. You can walk if you want to many places. The guy at the counter was so friendly and the one that came to the bar ares (Derrick) was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us few pointers on what to see. We will be back in the summer.
