Awesome location. Great staff.

Brand new hotel with a great view of mountains and the biggest window I've ever seen in a hotel! A very friendly, helpful staff member gave me a suggestion for local dining establishment.

We arrived in town and checked in at approx 11:15 pm. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and knew everything there was for me to know. Clean facilities and room. Checkout process was quick and easy.

Very convenient for the Phoenix/Mesa Gateway Airport.

Showe head was terrible and water was barely warm (almost cold )when we showered making the experience not great especially in an air conditioned room. Everything else was fine.

Really friendly staff he made sure to have conversation with us other than just the check in questions

Will be booking again soon. Great place nice and clean.

This property was immaculate, everyone was very accommodating and I will absolutely be staying here again! The beds and pillows were so comfortable and seemed brand new! My daughter and I felt very safe here and we also loved the breakfast, the lady working was very on top of it and it was all delicious! We got in a little late and I really appreciated our late check out. Cleanliness and germs are huge to me and this hotel was very comfortable to be in because of its excellent extremely clean environment! :)

Met all of our wants wonderfully.

We needed somwthing close to the mesa gateway airport for our late flight and this hotel did not disappoint. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the facilities were. The complimentary breakfast had good variety and was tasty. The cinnamon rolls were so good my daughter and i both had 2 each :) The kods enjoyed the automated pancake maker as well. We stayed 1 night with 2 adults and 4 kids and would definitely come back if we need to stay in Gilbert again. All the staff we saw were very friendly and helpful, from the check in night staff to the breakfast duty staff. Price was good as well for the value. 5 stars from this family of 6!

Checked in late due to flight, but desk clerk was extremely friendly. I set up a shuttle for the morning back to the airport which is greatly appreciated. Hotel is very clean & updated. Very satisfied!!!

5 Stars we were very impressed, employees were friendly, our room was very nice and clean. as well as the whole hotel was very clean. also very close to the airport which made it nice. We will be using Holiday Inn express again in the future.

I booked a room late at night because our flight was canceled. When I got to the hotel they said I didn't have a room. So I had to book at another hotel at 11:30 pm.

Wish I had known there was airport shuttle. Always a comfortable bed at Holiday Inn Express!

The staff were very friendly and so very helpful! The rooms were so nice and very clean. It was so nice to go spend some time in the pool and wearing the kids out before getting ready for bed. The only thing is we are sure the shower didn’t get rinsed out when they cleaned so when we got in to take a shower we slid all over the place. But had a great time other than that, pretty sure our kids liked it since they could slide from side to side while sitting down so they wouldn’t fall.
