Stayed here before a concert at Merker Spiegel arena. Easy walk to Aldstadt through the park, but no parking on site. Room was very nice!

This is a wonderful and tastefully decorated little hotel. The room, and bathroom, was very clean with a great bed. The aircondition worked fantastic. Will definitively stay there the next time im in Düsseldorf.
Also, great value for the price i paid.

For a 4* hotel your lift has to be working, and only having the one that wasn’t working is a no no!

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Close to tram and bus. Food options nearby and excellent breakfast. Rooms are clean and working airconditioning. Room has chromecast to cast own movies! Very happy!

Overall the hotel was nice. It’s potentially better suited for business travel rather than family as the rooms while lovely, are on a small side (and we stayed in the large one). Amenities are nice. Breakfast fairly basic - it has good variety.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, firstly thank you for their effort. Room was a bit small however at least clean and comfort. Most disappointing part was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and definitely not suitable for two people. Other than that everything was good.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It’s well located with tram and bus stops close by. It’s also a short walk to one of the city’s main shopping areas.
The room was well appointed and clean with a comfortable bed to ensure a good night’s rest.
Breakfast was good with a variety of options which made sure we were well set up for the day ahead.

Very good stay only the staircase and the elevator was a bit small and old looking. Beautiful room and very friendly staff they even had a special japanese style toilet and coffee machine!

The MUZE is an excellent place to stay. The hotel has a beautiful interior concept, the rooms have a very efficient AC and most important: the team is a great host and very service minded. From the MUZE you can walk to the KÖ. A perfect place to stay.
