The reception, restaurant, pool and bar areas all very nice. All been updated.The bedrooms though are very dated. Really old pine furniture, that have really had their day. The rooms are not as shown on the website.

Everything was so wonderful

Excellent location. Across from main beach of rhodes and 15 minute walking distance from Old Town (great for dinners, drinks and shopping). Room was clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety of options, although the eggs were bland during our stay. Beach towels provided by hotel, required to leave a 10 euro deposit per towel which you got back upon returning the towels. Could only refresh the beach towels twice a week, my partner and I stayed for 5 nights and used the same beach towels during our stay. Overall good value for money and would recommend to others.

What an amazing find! Great location, opposite the beach, stayed in room 609 and had a majestic view and the woman in the reception when I arrived at 7pm was lovely. I wish I stayed longer!

The location was great close to restaurantes waking distance to old town beaches restaurants and lots to do would highly recomend this hotel great breakfast as well

Would have been perfect if not for 2 things. Air from ac still seemed to flow when off. Gave me sore throat. Gave me room across from maids closet. I think i would have received a room with better view if i had arrived later. Maids were cleaning those. Though happy they checked me in early. Feared area was isolated. Its not. Very near old town and bus station. Just walk along water by port. Safe. Two beaches. One has less wind. There may be two types of rooms. Mine was modern. Some rooms have obstructive views. So glad i didnt choose to stay in old town. I stayed first night near bus station because came in at night. Big mistake. Bad with no view and everybody smoked. This is the area you want. You get a beach vacation with your cultural tour. Other beack area just south wasnt as good either.

The hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. We usually stay nearby and this was the first time to stay at the Cactus. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. Great position and lovely pool area. Will certainly return again next week on the way home.

The location is very convenient with walking distance to the port and old town. No car needed to visit around. Room has a nice view but old. I would definitely stay again with the renovated one. I highly recommend this place

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, gut ausgestattet u sauberes Hotel. Parkplatz kein Problem.

6th floor superior room was spacious, clean, comfortable and roomy. Shower configuration makes for a wet floor even with a mat but minor detail. Seaview amazing. Staff courteous, proactive and professional. Breakfast was very good and well presented. We normally travel 5 star and was very surprised how good a 4 star can be as some 5 stars don't always hit the mark. No evening meal at hotel but we recommend Louis restaurant and Olive restaurant close by. A visit to the old town is a musqt as is the marina for an extensive choice of boat trips.

They even left a card in my room on my birthday and presented me with a glass of Prosecco at breakfast to wish me happy birthday. I thought my partner had organised the gesture but he hadn’t so they had noticed the date of birth on check in and reacted. We had only checked in 10.30pm the evening before so I was really impressed with the attention to detail.

Excellent all round

We found this hotel very good clean and staff very helpful.Breakfast had a good selection and you could eat more if needed. Only mention we wished they did food in the evening we had to go out every night some times you may not want to when you have been out all day.

Great location and neat with a very nice pool area. Right next to te beach and 5 mins to city centre. The only thing was it was rated as a 4 star hotel but it wasnt upto that mark They had no room service, no tea, toiletries were limited, size of batroom wasnt ideal.Overall OK but notthing fancy or amazing

Very beautiful hotel.

Great hotel, excellent location.

Very professional and friendly staff, very clean and adhering to the covid rules diligently. Wise range of breakfast options catering for all tastes and needs. Location is great as there is an atm, multiple supermarkets and restaurants. Old town is 20 minute walk away. Airport is 25 minute away by car. There are free parking everywhere. I wish they use less plastics especially with bathroom products and have a safe in the rooms. Totally recommend it.

Location was perfect near old city and night life. Ellis beach was opposite the hotel.

We had not been to Rhodes before so took a bit of a flyer. The hotel has a wonderful location, great staff and everything you need for a beach holiday. It is close to everything and we were very impressed by the staff and their helpful attitude
