Great location and breakfast was certainly an added bonus.The staff are what makebthis place as they are helpful beyond belief. I did have some issues with airconditioning as unit struggled to keep room cool. The rooms have nice balcony to sit on as well. This is a 20 minute walk to old town and 5 minute walk to casion and beach

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Santa Maria City hotel. The staff at the hotel were always welcoming and friendly throughout my stay, especially the two ladies at reception.
Breakfast was quite good, with a nice varied selection which was different every day.
If you are staying in the front it can sometimes be a bit noisy due to the bar down the road, but not every night, and not usually too late.
The hotel is in a perfect location. Beach few minutes away, restaurants and shops everywhere nearby and easily walkable to the Old Town and harbour and other places of interest.
I would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed 1 night on our way to another Island. The room was very spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the bathroom was also big with a great shower. Unfortunately our balcony ( room 401) was only half the size of all the other rooms. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was good.

From the first minute in the hotel it was.very comforting. The reception was brilliant. Very knowledgable and helpful. Location was ideal to tour the whole of the town. Breakfast was very comfortable. All around great hotel.

My sister and I stayed here for a week. The hotel was great! Our room was nice and clean, the towels were changed every second day and sheets every third. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff is so warm and welcoming, it felt great staying there. The hotel is in a nice street that is situated close to everything you may need, there is a supermarket right outside and the beach is five minutos away.
We loved staying there, and would come back again!

The overall appearance of the hotel is clean. staff very friendly and helpful. the room is big and fresh, with good air conditioning. the breakfast is not the most extensive, but it have everything you need.

Great location-walking distance from the beach, the bus stop, the restaurants and the old town. Very nice and professional staff.
Although the hotel is centrally located it is very quiet, so you get a good rest at night. I recommend staying in this hotel.

This accomodation is basic but with all ammenities and extremely clean with central positioning in Rhodes downtown. The hightlight of the hotel is the front desk staff and especially the lovely Maria which has been of great help to asisst us in our request to book different services and always having a positive attitude. I would highly reccomend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
