Staff were great, and kept us informed / advised before our stay and even when our room was ready (very early). Great place, lovely staff and brilliant location, with bonus of safe underground parking.

Always a pleasure stay in this hotel. Every month stay there and I’m planning keep doing it . I recommend this place 100%

Breakfast was good. King-sized bed was great and very comfy. Not too soft neither too hard 🙏 The receptionist on our arrival made our day. He was super nice, open, funny. Thabks a lot for having us.

This hotel is a gem, with well-appointed rooms (go for the "Sea View" rooms if you can, to see the sun rise over the Mar Menor), a first-rate staff and the best breakfast of the three hotels I stayed in during this trip to Spain.Walking distance to several great dining options (highly recommend the Bar Restaurant El Delfin), and to the walk along the beach, as well. I hope to stay at this hotel again during my next trip to Los Alcázares!

I had an excellent stay here! The facilities were lovely and far above what I was expecting, considering the very good price! Location was great too, just a brief walk from the beach and the old town, the hotel is also surrounded by many different restaurants to choose from! The staff here were very welcoming and were always happy to help! They also speak fantastic English, for those of you who struggle with your Spanish! I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent staff who took good care of me with my gluten free diet lack of outside space to sit , could not even sit on the balcony. Noise from function in restaurant due to large void in centre of the property-- noise. carried up to my 4th floor room Noise also outside up to 3.00 am from a bar that suddenly appeared in the street outside. "clanging noise" heard during day and night--unsure what is was but sounded like an issue with pipework

No swimming pool but sunbeds and beach bar on the beach, be aware though that it costs 5 euros a day per sunbed to use them!!

Bad quality Entry keys

It was 4 years since I was last at this hotel, previously named The Mosaic and I was pleasantly suprised to see that they have maintained the large spacious rooms and foyer which make such a difference. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Very bad location can’t access with a car as advertised and also in a bad looking area Went around to try and get to hotel after a while got frustrated and gave up and drove away to another hotel

This is a terrific spot in February. It was very quiet, a block from the water, tons of restaurants, super clean, friendly, parking for our car underground was cheap, breakfast was A and Los Alcazares itself is a gem. Sunny, cold at night but perfect for us. This was a chance stay for two days and we will try to get back when we have a few weeks. Everything seems boarded up for the winter but at 18C and sunny we found it was a perfect time to visit. Meals were wonderful and inexpensive compared to home town Canada. Terrific stay, highly recommended at least at Feb/March. I know this place gets full later in the season but this was a terrific time to visit.

Very nice hotel and wonderfully quiet. Car park easy to access. Beech a few minutes walk away. As it was off season, very quiet. Used as base to drive around

A very nice hotel right in the heart of Los Alcazares. The only issue we had was on the arrival we entered the public parking of 42 La Libertad as instructed, but we parked on the -1 first level. We should have gone to the -2 level. From there the elevator takes you right to Reception and/or the rooms.

My favourite hotel so far, this is the 5th time I stay here and I will do it again

The sea view room is magnificent and large with 2 balconies

We paid for the breakfast but it was cold every morning so ended up just having toast and fruit! Tv didnt work on english channels even after having reception send somone to fix it! Lovely positioning though

WiFi in the room - ours 401 - was nonexistent- excellent in the public areas Underground parking arrangements a little strange and cost €7 per day Breakfast excellent Otherwise all ok

We enjoyed our stay and got lucky to get an upgraded room, good cleaning and very tidy. The staff at the hotel was very kind and serviceminded with a positive and helpful attitude. The only downside was the breakfast, it did not have many options and no uncooked vegetables. The location is superb and alot of restaurants to choose from. Close too the beach and a very calm and nice place.
