We stayed in a two bedroom two bath apartment. It was a great place for my friend and I. We felt Safe since it was gated. The location was near restaurants and a shopping plaza. Very comfortable setting. The pool had plenty of lounge chairs. There was a gym that my friend utilized. Both were very close to where we were staying. The kitchen had the basics. We really enjoyed our time at Kasa.

The stay was very comfortable. The apartment was clean. I didn't have time to explore the property but it looked well kept. My only suggestions would be to include a table for luggage and I didn't see a non slip mat in the bathtub. Definitely would return and recommend to others.

The size of the rental gave us lots of room to stretch out. The kitchen was well enough equipped for our cooking choices.
Beds were comfortable & the area is quiet. No road noise or noisy neighbors while we were there.
Communications with the virtual front desk were very easy & quick.
Would most assuredly stay here again if we are in the area.

The beds were absolutely horrible. So poor quality. Sleeping on springs instead of a nice mattress. It was disappointing to be on vacation and not being able to get good rest.

This property was great. There’s a netted balcony which is facing the trees. It is beyond peaceful, exactly what I needed for vacation. I wish I could rent this apartment!!! Pool area was great too

This place was better than advertised, and we were so happy with our stay. The virtual front desk is amazing and the communication every step of the way is second to none! Can't wait to go back! Thank you!

The apartment was perfect for us. Enough space for three people and equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty, we and other guests had to clean it ourselves every morning. The fitness room was also cleaned irregularly. There were no disinfectant wipes, we pointed this out and there were none the next day either.

Place was great in all ways except one, the tv wa 600 channels of nothing good to watch and zero live sports. Playoffs on basketball and hockey and I watched the Rifleman fro the 60’s

So refreshing to stay at a hotel that is so comfortable and clean. You thought of everything for the rooms. My trip was cut short so did not get to enjoy the amenities but will do so on my next trip with you.

Nice location great pool and amenities. Setting and property was real nice. Only issue was the buildings didn’t have elevators but understandable since most building were 3 stories

The only issue I had was bad Internet service. The televisions kept buffering and had no phone signal in the apartment. Besides that the apartment was perfect. Clean and ready for rental. It was peaceful and a very beautiful area. It had everything I needed conveniently for the type of stay I needed.

Our stay at Kasa Wellington was amazing. Place was clean and spacious. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom. Pool was beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location! Tons of shopping and great dining options. Would definitely stay here again.

The Virtual checkin on this property didn’t work and it cause a money trap because you only have one chance to do it and if it fails you have to cancel and loose your money and try to reserve again

Apartment was perfect well appointed clean and very user friendly. No elevator access , stairs only to second floor no designated parking specific to apartment. I would stay again as I have no problems with stairs! Great tvs. Great coffee maker with coffee supplied . Fantastic location close to restaurants!
