Very clean and quiet

I was very pleased with my choice here. I wasnin Lakeland for 2 nights on family business and just wanted a place to sleep, and shower with a breakfast of some sort of breakfast included. I checked some reviews and chose this hotel basically on price/value basis. The facility, the rooms.and the staff were.above average in my opinion. And the breakfast was way beyond what i expected from a "lobby breakfast". Scrambled.eggs, fried eggs, Sausage patties or links, gravy, pancakes, biscuits, juices, fruits,.coffee. And in my opinion the breakfast staff was the best I've ever experienced for an included breakfast. The lobby was very nice and very comfortable, my room was nice and comfortable and well attended. Plenty of parking. The neighborhood is.sorta commercial/industrial so a car is needed but i was fine with that. Thos was a grsat choice for lodging!

A/c was difficult to control. Room was only cleaned once over 3 night stay and had to ask for it. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was very clean and front lobby was beautiful however the location was not optimal heard train throughout the entire night. Temperature was not easily regulated

Employees were all VERY kind, personable and helpful. The premises were clean, monitored and in new condition. Excellent experience.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to that area.

A little out of the eay

Nice hotel. We stayed here with middle and high school students. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was great! The problem was the billing to my credit card. Instead of doing all at once they did them one at a time and my bank froze my card as it appeared to be fraudulent.

The hotel staff is useless. No manager or lead employee there from Friday night thru Sunday, per the hotel front desk. The reservation line/customer relations dept are equally as useless. No leadership there to oversee issues.

Best breakfast I ever had at hotel! So many options. The room was clean as well. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff wasn’t at the desk at 9pm when I wanted a snack. I went down a couple of times and nobody there.

The reason for not giving 5 stars is tge bed is horrible!!! Vary hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were not vary good. The room was vary clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was excellent.. This is our fifth time staying here and each visit tge BEDS have been horrible!!!

Great breakfast! Nice to have a hot breakfast and not just donuts (like some other places). Water was not as hot as I like it, but overall a good experience and good price.

nice hotel

I was disappointed that they had no 2 queen beds on the first floor. We were told that they never do. The light went out in the bathroom on my husband since the hotel key card was not in the slot to keep the light on. Not a very good idea if kids play tricks on parents and take the hotel key out of the slot or vice versa. We don’t have any kids in our party.

There’s only a old gas station next to the hotel not really any good restaurants near you have to drive like a good 30 minutes to find something pretty good

The property overall was clean. John Henry was the sunshine of the day! We looked forward to our breakfast with him each morning. Check-in was good, room was clean on the first night. On the second day, the bathroom was not fully replenished with the towels. The third day we went out and came back after 6pm to find the beds not made up neither any fresh towels in the bathroom. Our trip ended on a sour note. I sent text message to General Manager, but got no response as yet. So I would say no high ratings for this establishment based on its housekeeping.

This hotel is very clean, employees were very nice. Not a good neighborhood! A store next door that allowed cars with very loud thumping music to hang out all night. Woke up several times and actually couldn’t hear my husband speaking to me laying right next to me. We were actually scared for our safety that we packed up and left. Rented another hotel that did feel safe. We ended up paying for 2 hotel rooms for the next night. Do not recommend this hotel!!

Very clean, lots of parking. Wish the mattresses were a little bit more firm, but overall a good stay!

The staff was impeccable!!! Very clean quiet hotel and big ups to the man that worked the breakfast station.

The property was fine,but there is nothing to do or dine except there at the hotel,and it has no pool to swim or entertainment for yourself or family.
