Room not super clean. Bathroom small. Overpriced

Centrally located a block from the boardwalk, the hotel is safe and quiet. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating.

Finally a hotel whose pictures match what is there! Room exceeded expectations by smelling good, comfortable beds, easy parking and lots of space. We had a 9 YO and a 2 YO with a pack and play. There was so much room! Quick walk to everything. We will be back.

The staff was super nice. Easy check it. Room was super updated and spotless. Cute kitchen but we never got the opportunity to use it. Walking distance to all the fun in Hampton Beach. Great spot for a weekend trip. Would stay there again!

Might be unassuming on the outside, but clean and updated rooms. Location is great!

Pros-room was nice. Bed was comfortable. It was clean n nice. Very close to beach n casino. Staff was very nice. We arrived early n they allowed us to park there so we can enjoy the beach. Fridge n microwave was great. TV was a great size n loved that it was mounted to the wall instead of being on the dresser. Cons-you could not turn up the volume on the tv or lower it at all. AC was in the window n although it was cool it was not cool enough during the night. Another big con was the bathroom. Extremely outdated n feels like the sink was meant for kindergarten children. It was very low. Pink sink n bathtub which left us wondering what was going on n why didn't they finish updating the room. There was a kitchenette which was fairly nice. If bathroom was updated I would give it 5 Stars but bathroom was a big disappointment. Also the fact there was no hair dryer. We would probably return since it was quiet n you do not hear the neighbors much.

We booked this last minute it was a wonderful surprise it was updated remodeled the bed and pillows were so comfortable I didn't even hear my alarm go off...lol I wish they had the option to show you pictures I took of the room words don't do it justice

Location of the room was weird most rooms had outside seating but two rooms were tucked in by inside stairs and ours was one of them. Room was completely remodeled and very nice just weird location

Only 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Staff were friendly and the bed was very nice.

Great, affordable place to stay when deciding to add an extra night to a long weekend.

Motel clean , walking distance 2 mns to beach , bed comfortable, walking distance to resto, parking included a motel.

Hotel is dated, but is clean and comfortable with very nice staff. The room/motel is one block from Hampton Beach and the boardwalk!

Kids above us were partying and loud all night. We was on first floor a car was parked in front of our window with high beams for hours. Too screechy to go out and confront. Bathroom door was stuck on me while I was inside it. Yes location was great but cost way too much

The hotel is comfortable, and so close to the beach.

Beds were so comfortable. Shower was clean and worked good. Had to use soap to plug tub for grandchild. No blow dryer or coffee maker but price was great too. I would stay there again. Cleaners we very accommodating and helpful. Loved that i could walk to ocean or bay. Husband loved the fact that there was ash trays outside.

Room was a bit outdated but still cute and super clean. The bed was comfy, linens were soft and clean. Would def stay again! Don't be afraid of the low price, it was adequately priced.

Room 45 two queens . No carpet! Yes finally. Updated bath sink. Cool aqua mini frig. No complaints . Ladies weekend fun. Sean was easy to inform us about places to eat and drink Will def be back.
