Tried to contact hotel by direct message, email and numerous phone calls. No reply. As result had to pay 20 eu for airport taxi rather than hotel shuttle !

Also, there is a shopping center nearby like a Target…inside the big mall a few blocks down the big road…ho down escalator and it’s in the middle of mall..you can buy cheap bottles good wine and tall boy beers. And you can buy deodorant and toothpaste;))

O chose the hotel due to its proximity to Oriente station 7 mins away on foot. Appears new, very clean and modern. Comfortable bed and room. Could have done with a kettle in the room. Other than that a great stay.

The place was stylish on a budget. Super clean, soft towels, good shower gel and pillows. I wish it also had lunch and dinner options but the breakfast buffet was spectacular.Quiet inside and around the area. Everything is close by.

Friendly staff at the front desk, regardless of time-shift. My room was very clean and orderly. Although the cleaning lady did not speak English, she was very courteous and willing to assist.

We loved the location, a short walk to train/subway stations, bus stop and wonderful restaurants. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The only negatives—no coffee maker in room and the train runs behind the hotel. We were fine with earplugs.

The floors were very dirty in the room. I had a shower and came out and walked around by the bed and the dust on the floor was unreal!!!! My feet were covered in dust! Had to go back into the shower to wash it off and used a towel to wipe the floor. The room looked clean but clearly the floors were missed

This is most likely the best hotel I've stayed at, and i have stayed at fancy hotels in big cities in the U.S. Excellent service, location and food. Also, Wonderful staff! I cant wait to go back!!

Wish we had a bed for our 5 year old child instead of sharing the bed or at least if they’re going to share don’t charge an extra fee for kids

The hotel was conveniently located not far from the Oriente train station, and also to a metro station that connects directly to the airport. It was clean, well-organized, good breakfast, friendly staff.
But it was VERY hard to find when I came from the train station.
