The hotel is in an great part of town with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean, the gym was great and the pool looked great.

The experience was fabulous whatever we needed to make sure we had it. The views from the room were amazing panoramic views the food on the 15th and 30th floor were amazing. The view from the restaurants were also gorgeous we would gladly stay there again

I had been so looking forward to stay at this hotel that I had added this day to my trip. I was supposed to have stayed at The Westin Punto Valle. BIG mistake! I was impressed with the beauty of hotel little did I know room had poor quality. Elevators slow even though they should be much better being having many floors. An elevator was always out of service though out my stay. Very inconvenient and waste of time.
Had issues with sink and immediately reported it. Nothing was done. Restroom was clogged reported it 4 times same day. Nothing was done. Too many people in lobby due to wedding after wedding. It was hard to walk around lobby and felt so uncomfortable with the big wedding parties that come with it. Will I stay here again? NEVER. Very expensive and my stay was horrific

They assigned me the wrong room porpusply knowing I reserved a panomramic king they gave a regular then made me wait hours with no answer. On what was gonna happen and then changed me to a room where I’m not sure if it was panoramic or regular they offered free breakfast next morning.

Amazing experience booking a Sky suite. The views from Estrella were unbelievable. Unfortunately had a few hiccups with check in time, the iron having a sticky substance on it, and two of the four tv remotes not working. However, the entire concierge staff was extremely response at remedying the room issues. This was our second time at the Metropolitan and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is close to dining and shopping areas, which makes it really convenient.

Overall it was a good experience and is not the first time we stay on this hotel and probably wont be the last.
What i did not like this time was the pool area, one manager came and ask us to take out our kids out of the jacuzi, i explained her that i was not aware of this rule for the jacuzi. However...other kids stayed in the jacuzi and she did nothing, also ther was a group of people witha speaker and again this supposed to be prohibited and she did nothing with them...so it looks that rules just apply to whomever wants to follow the rules.

It is a very nice hotel, great location, awesome food, very nice people but the internet simply does not work. I reported it many times, they said that is was been fixed but still worked intermittently. They never offered me to change room, something I was expecting due to the quality of the hotel, and my Gold status. It is shame.

the hotel was great. great staff. all helpful. the only downside was that there were 4 things about my stay that were not up to par. 1. wifi was no good. 2. no housekeeping for one day. 3. there was a roof water leak in the bathroom. 4. the phone in the room was not in service as we had to use the one in the bathroom.
Other than that, it was a confortable stay .

Exceptional experience! Excellent check in, beautiful hotel. Near everything we needed. The pool was awesome. Food was top quality and the service from all hotel staff 5 star! Will definitely stay here again!
