Hotel was nice! Need a little attention as far as cleanliness, floors were not mopped, carpet dirty, and sofa had not been cleaned.

Beautiful stay. Amenities were awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect and rooms were cozy! We picked up food from Foodcraft for several meals instead of ordering from the pool bar and it was delicious every time! Highly recommend!

Very clean. Plenty of beds. Breakfast was delicious with good options.

Bathroom and sheets were dirty. Lipstick stains on comforter and sink had old toothpaste in it.

OMG where do I start, this hotel is beautiful from the rooms to all the amenities! When I say we felt like we went on a vacation but didn't leave the state, Is was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The Staff were very professional, each inch of this Hotel was clean and modernized. They have a breakfast buffet in there lounge area which was okay I mean I was truly grateful for the food but everything was cold. It was still edible and they do have a microwave in the breakfast area so I suggest just warming the food up. The guess that they house also added a nice touch everyone was so friendly and the whole experience felt so interpersonal! The Pool was CLEANNNNN no bugs then they have two grills in the back along with a functioning Fire Pit, the outside lounge area was decked out with lights so at night it put an even more nice touch to the area. There is so much more I could say but I'll just sum this up with get the room you will not be disappointed. Also before I wrap this up lol I feel like I am babbling but this just how nice everything was but I wanted to add they have a incidental charge that is only $25 yes just $25 a hotel of this caliber normally try and break your pockets not here I can really appreciate this and if you have a electric car they were awesome enough to have electric charging stations about four of them in the rear of the hotel!!!!!!

The staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. The room was clean and it was an overall wonderful stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of everything the hotel had to offer.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 9:15pm. After waiting 45 mins for it to be ready, we found a new hotel that had open space instead. This was a large inconvenience for a family of 6 at bedtime. Sadly the hotel was understaffed. I felt bad for the employees as this seemed out of their control.

Super comfortable!

Hotel itself was fine. The staff wasn’t very friendly. It was a hassle to get extra bedding for the pull out couch and extra towels. I was told I had to go down and get them myself and had to follow an employee to an uncooked room to get the items from there. Upon returning to my room I noticed the pillows I was given had no pillowcases on them, and only 1 extra towel could be found.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, decent breakfast. We like the separated bathroom style (toilet and shower separate from sink).

The hotel is newer . I stayed here earlier in the year and I could see the wear and tear . It is still very nice, our tv had no signal when we arrived and I called and they sent someone immediately to fix it. I like that you are given 4 towels. The outside pool area is very nice, the gym is nice and they also have a laundry room. We will stay again.

The hotel itself was sour rounded by trees which was helpful since the area wasn’t so good. Hotel was clean. The staff at checkout was the worst I’ve ever dealt with and we travel a lot.

I usually make frequent visi to that area and usually stay at other location near by, but, after seeing your property and what is has to offer, i.e. kitchen, we decided to go with Homewood Suites. During check in was not informed of the room cleaning, which is something the guest has to request, not familiar with that, and was informed that breakfast serves from 6-10 AM and 7-10 AM on Sundays. Went for breakfast few occasions and some items not available when asked was told no more available. Had another experience of payment charge twice with little assistance from asst. manager. The list goes go. Was not happy or satisfied

We needed a room quickly and we’re able to get in fast.

Spacious and clean room. Liked the saltwater pool. Good breakfast each morning. Unfortunately we had to get call desk to reset television everytime we turned it on because it wouldnt connect. Also the dishwasher didnt work and all the dishes from the previous customer were dirty so we had no dishes or utensils to use.

I was not informed there was not daily room cleaning. Very disappointed to come back to a dirty room and no fresh towels. Could hear kids running above me, and adults arguing

My flight was cancelled which rendered me unable to make my reservation. I tried to cancel the reservation but I was still charged in full for a stay I never had.

The hotel was nice and very up to date with appliances and amenities. The pool and fire pit was very nice as well. The staff were very sweet and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay.

My card was charged for a stay that was already paid for. The 2 black women denied(as a rogue does) of having the card I used in the system. They are thieves. Do not go there. These black women will rob you!

What a great stay! From the front desk management to the quality of the room, every detail about this place was awesome! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel like this! Just a wonderful stay and 5 star all across the board!

I love the hotel - it was a tremendous experience (compared to my recent stay at a sister property nearby). The room was very nice, though the elevators were slow and a bit noisy. The location is perfect and dining and shipping areas are nearby. Overall, I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat!!!!

It was clean, but this hotel charges double tax plus extra fees. If you go through Expedia you don’t get the price listed it increases without extra fees. 2nd shift staff are rude.
