Normal stay with StayAPT. Good communication with the property. I was checking in after 5 so they put my key and bill in a lockbox. As always it was comfortable and clean.

It definitely wasnt the best experience. We were told apon arrival that our room that we booked was unavailable, told us that we were upgraded to a sweet, with two king beds. Ended to being to full size beds. Room reeked of cigarettes and mildew. Wife has to use inhaler within 10 mins of walking in.

The office manager was great. Finding the apartment was easy and the stay was very comfortable. We definitely will stay at the property again. Enjoyed the space compared over a hotel. It was close to everything that you would need. It had awesome space in the courtyard with Everything to invite family for a evening.

I really wish I could remember the lady’s name who was at the front desk all weekend. She was the absolute best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a very long time!
The rooms were quite worn (not like in the pictures) and the rooms and exterior property were nowhere near clean to my standards, but I always bring my own cleaning supplies.Comfort level provided by a/c was perfect. Fantastic location in reference to everywhere we wanted to be.

Everything was very clean, staff was friendly, building was very modern and pretty, pretty balcony and patio area, only problem was an odd smell in the room, it didn't smell bad just strange. Uber's also had a hard time finding the building.

We decided to do a staycation away from home, and we enjoyed our stay here so much the last time, we came back. Very clean, friendly staff (shoutout to May) who was very accommodating. Definitely would recommend staying here if visiting the area!

GREAT property. We had to check in super late, but we were able to check in via the app, and May and Sky were both very helpful over the phone and in person. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Definitely a great place for a staycation.

Arrived at 5:15pm. Office closed. I guess my fault for not checking text message. Keys left in a drop box. Got to room. Zero toilet paper or paper towels in kitchen. Made wife very unhappy. Office closed and maid staff gone. Bring your own paper goods if you use this place. Tried to steal toilet paper from lobby bathroom. Nope gone too. Someone beat me to it.

I believe the person at the front desks name was May, so friendly and welcoming and we appreciate her help. Decided to stay an extra night and she made the process very easy and handled everything and then brought the new key to us. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so when visiting. Every time the front desk person has been very friendly and helpful. The hotel feels safe and is very quiet and comfortable, plenty of food options and stores nearby and it’s very convenient.

The entire stay was amazing. Easy check in, front desk was super accommodating. It’s a little different to stay at a place where front desk, and staff aren’t there after hours but if you don’t need anything then why have them there? I rather pay less for a great room (like this) rather than pay more for a smaller room and it’s more because I’m paying for front desk staff to do nothing for me at 2am. In short, clean, smart tv, lots of space, clean grounds (Disney clean) and friendly staff.

The property is very well kept and very clean. The weekend we stayed there was always someone cleaning. Washing outside rugs, wiping down the windows, the outside trash bins were never full or overflowing. My daughter and I loved the outside courtyard. We would sit in the comfy chairs, drink coffee and read our books. It was locked from the outside so you felt safe. Would highly recommend staying.

A lot of construction around the property. It looks a little unsafe. It’s tucked back in behind other buildings. The property itself though is quite nice. We had everything we needed! Staff explained everything very clearly, key card entries only, beautiful courtyard in the middle. Great for my family with my kids to stay.

It was easy to access the property through a side road. Very hidden but close enough to walk to a few restaurants nearby. The units were very clean and while wear and tear was visible, you could tell there was real effort in maintaining the rooms. Overall a great stay for a great price.

A lot of restaurants nearby, HEB is just 5 minutes away and the laundry room was perfect. (If you are traveling with toddler you know how dirty things get)

Its a very modern style hotel. It was well furnished and clean inside.
The only thing I noticed, and this could be a me thing, is that i experienced EXTREME dizziness when I was in the room. I'm not sure what could have caused it, perhaps poor ventilation. I'm not sure if others have experienced this their but it was severe at night and went away once I left the room.
This place though was really quiet, felt safe, had nice staff, and special check in for late travelers.
