A place for a one night stay is OK.

The cleaning crew started cleaning the room while we were loading the car. They kept begging for tips.

The room was very basic, but clean. The sink was not next to bathroom which was a little inconvenient.

Room was decent.

Great for a quick overnight stay when you are tired from driving. Clean and price not bad.

We stayed one night while travelling with our dog. The room was extremely basic, no tissues, no coffee, no bedside lamps… but it was clean, had updated bathroom and vanity, hot shower and very comfortable bed.

Great value, tidy updated rooms, fast internet. What more do you need? I was only staying for a night but would definitively consider for long-term stays in the area because of its great price and convenient location.

It’s really nice place to stay. Near Small Greensboro downtown had some good food options. Old charming stores. Hotel management is very helpful and nice. Also owner is very supportive. We have been staying there almost every month. Thank you so much .

/The price for a 6 night stay was by far the least expensive compared to the other hotels in the area. I was kind of upset with the fact that the site/ad for this hotel said daily cleaning and that is in fact a LIE. They only clean every other day and the extent of the cleaning is only a wipe down of the shower, sink and toilet. No making of the bed or fresh towels. You are only given 1 (ONE) roll of toilet paper every other day and if you ask for more, it's treated like a gold bar from Fort Knox. The attendant who was there the most doesn't speak good english and the woman who does speak english was usually off at the other hotel they manage. This was our second time staying here after our last stay in February. We thought that since we were here 9 months later that some things had improved, but nope. The wifi is sketchy, the remotes are broken and when asked for a working one, was given another one that didn't work. Tjhey want to come early, EARLY in the morning to "clean" and if you are on vacation and sleeping in, they will skip your room and use that as an excuse for not cleaning. They ration out the towels and other linens. We booked our hotel for one price and if we had waited until the day of check in, we could have gotten the rooms for $200 less. We were told that the hotel was booked for the week and that was a lie. We only had 2 other rooms rented around us for 1 night during the whole 6 day stay. Rent somewhere else.

Great stay for the price but the towels and face rags was dirty, tub was stopped up took the water a long time to exit but other then that it was a lovely stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Greene Garden Inn and will definitely stay again. It was really nice traveling as a lone female, I felt safe and cozy.

The big things like curb appeal, cleanliness, convenience, hot water all quite ok. A couple of things that could be improved: - The room's one lamp had no lampshade. I requested one, and was asked "do you need it?" I said it would be nice - did not receive one. - I was charged $25 for bringing a small dog - the price should have been stated in the listing on Expedia. I wish the owners well - they are trying - and I appreciate the cleanliness of the room.

Check in was fast and smooth, bed was not bad and shower was hot and nice. I did not enjoy the bright light coming through the blinds during the night while trying to sleep. I couldn’t get the room dark at all at night. NO SERVICE AT ALL. NOT EVEN WITH WI-FI. So if you don’t mind having no service and can bring a sleep eye mask then you should be good to go. I was given extra towels and pillows when asked and owner was friendly and helpful.

We tried to cancel our reservation after seeing the place. They changed us for one night plus cancellation penalty.

Rooms clean and smelled fresh. They appeared recently remodeled. A/C was extremely noisy which made it difficult to hear television. Ice machine was a nice admenity that worked well. There are permanent residents at this motel that may make some people feel uneasy however everyone staff and residents were extremely friendly.

I arrived at the hotel at 9:15 PM and literally no one was working. After I rang the bell at least a dozen times and banged on the window, a couple who were staying there, walked by and said the housekeeper could let me in the room. The room was clean, but there was no toilet paper. And no way to let anyone know because no one was working. and the bed was not very comfortable. I would never stay here again.

The rooms are modest, but clean, quiet, comfortable bed and cold AC. Staff was very nice and most welcoming. Short walk to town to shops and eating.

This is a homeless hotel. The lobby was locked when I arrived at 6:30pm. No coffee machine Unclear. I feel unsafe.

The room was clean. The kitchen was a refrigerator and microwave which was fine but I wouldn’t call it a kitchen. The checkin was pleasant.

It’s really nice place to stay. It’s so convenient to go walk in the downtown Greensboro ga . Owner / manager He was super nice and friendly . That’s make your day . If was our second time time to stayed in the same place.
