Our stay was perfect at Radisson Red. We stayed only for a night but the room was spacious, breakfast spread was very good. Vijay Rana at service in Restaurant was outstanding in service and hospitality. Mattress in the room was too soft which is not very good for the back of all age groups. Rest everything was excellent.

I had opted for a twin bed while making the booking on hotels.com. I was provided with 1 single bed and was told that it what you have opted for. When showed the booking - my family was told that they had a big group who just checked in and so they cannot accommodate. After lot of back and forth the room was changed to the one with 2 twin beds and one extra bed. I did mention while boking that there will be 3 guests - still the towels on the first day were not sufficient for 3 people.

This has been my favourite hotel stay yet! The hospitality was exceptional, the food was incredible, the room spacious, chic, and super comfortable! But the highlight was definitely the team who took care of every detail and treated us like VIPs! I highly recommend and I hope to return!

Rooms are preety good

Room was clean and spacious. Hot water shower was good. Staff was good. Only concern is room was not sound proof. Breakfast was good.

High quality. Kitchen, staff, cleaning etc. Second to none. Visiting India I would go to Chandigarh just for the stay here. We stayed i 5 days.

Bedsheets and pillow covers was dirty . Used soap left in shower from previous guests.

This is a very nice property. I stayed with my family. It is nice and classy hotel for a good price. The rooms were comfortable and the food was amazing with a huge variety. One of the best hotels in Punjab.

Staff should speak local language with the guest who starts speaking with local language only. We were asking in Punjabi/Hindi but the staff was replying with English only. I felt it insulting mother language.

Perfect hotel. With great facilities, great dining hall, foyer. Extra security. Feels very safe, clean and modern. The best hotel that I have stayed at in India hands down!

We had a business trip and booked two rooms. The check in process was very efficient. We were greeted by Komal and were checked in with very little fuzz inspite of being a few hours early than the official check in time. Love the amenities. Clean, beautiful art work all over the hotel. Very new property so does bring in the newness spirit in every corner of its premise. The food at the restaurant is awesome. The buffet breakfast is a great spread with every staff trying hard to take care of the guests and their needs. We had an average experience at Taj on our last visit and JWM was not conveniently to our official meetings so was a bit reluctant to book here. However - now will have to consider Radisson Red as the top choice whenever in Garden city. The crowd was also certainly dainty and classy so shared sense of appreciation for what’s in offer prevails.

We stayed here as we were going to the airport the next day. What a pleasant surprise. Great hotel but the staff really made it special. Everyone made us feel so welcome. The chef made such a fuss over the kids and they made us a special Punjab meal. Highly recommend

The staff was so helpful and friendly- they went above and beyond so I had a comfortable stay and even helped me after I had checked out. The food was delicious.

We stayed here with family for 4 days and it was awesome an experience in every aspect from hospitality, services, ambience and even food. Hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful.

it's a nice hotel in Mohali. The location was really good for our purposes. The hotel is clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great (though I do object to those glass "walls" from the shower into the bathroom). There were some staff who were wonderful...particulary the door man and the security guy who check cars coming onto the property. Very friendly, smily and plain old pleasant. They were conversational and friendly while I waited outside for a taxi.

New hotel and all facilities and hotel rooms are top notch. Conveniently located to the airport and for our work, but not much around as it is located in a commercial area.

Staff were very good. Overall, i could not fault anything on this hotel.

Wonderfull Stay , the hotel is located near a decent mall for quick shopping or food /drinks. The Rooms are very clean , nice staff -all of them, the breakfast was so delicious, Quick room service ijust few of them.
