We loved our stay! The only complaint was the hotel room door does not have the door number on it so we were a bit confused on how to find out room. Once we did though we were fine and loved every minute of it.

Overall it was great! The beds were a little hard for my personal preference, but the room was clean, everything waa functional, and the staff was super friendly and nice. Within minutes from great attractions and restaurants and downtown eureka springs.

The hotel was shabby, dirty and noisy. The bathroom wall had a hole in the wall! The bathtub had not been cleaned and even had hair in it. I would never recommend this place.

We really liked this place, the room was beautifully decorated. It had everything you need. It was very clean, and very spacious. I would have given it 5 stars, but the bed was firm, it was like a tempurpidic, not my kind of bed. To firm for my liking. As side from that, great place to stay.

We love Eureka Springs and we found this hotel well situated to explore the town. Would definitely stay again. The ease to check in on my phone before arriving and having a door code was perfect.

We had a room on the lower backside of hotel. The view went out towards the swing and mountain area. Very quiet. Had a jacuzzi in the room and was amazing. The room was a little outdated and the sink was a small area. No refrigerator or microwave, but was very clean and had everything else needed.I loved the coded check in/check out and the information through text. No traffic and peaceful!

The place is very comfortable. I rate this place a 20 out of 10. Great staff & very clean. The beds were the best bed I slept on in a hotel & I have travelled a lot. Thanks Candlewick Inn for a great place to stay. We will be back to stay there again.

My stay at Candlewick was rejuvenating and delightful. The owners and staff are extremely hospitable and gracious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the Jacuzzi tub was new, very clean and luxurious. The grounds are sereen and beautiful and the price is amazing

The lady at check in was very nice and was able to change our room from the 2nd floor to the 1st.

Our 2nd stay at this location and we will be back again. It’s a nice comfortable budget friendly place. Try one of the upgraded rooms the beds are super comfy and they are decorated attractively.

The last day we were there one of the housekeepers scolded me about putting or not putting the maid/do not disturb sign on the door.

Our room must have been recently redone bed seemed new as did the flooring. Very clean small salt water pool to enjoy

The hotel had recently got renovated and new beds/carpet/paint. But you can only do so much with that design hotel. The mattresses were new. They were venna? Big foam matress. Pillows too. Initially i laid down and they were hard. Then after a few seconds i could feel myself sinking in. The sleep was amazing compared to what i had been thru in the first 3 days of my motorcycle trip. Hotel was clean. Staff was great. The manager even brewed me a pot of coffee in the office in the morning. They go out of their way to accomodate. Good place.

The Candlewck is nestled back against a beautiful forest. The room was retro with the basic amenities. We enjoyed the jetted tub. Several restaurants and 2 convenience stores were within walking distance. The only complaint is the mattress and pillows.

We enjoyed our stay at the Candlewick Inn.
Great location. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The service was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Lots of things to do in Eureka Springs.❤️

The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. My room looked nothing like the photos and was very dated. The carpets are in need of serious shampooing. I would stay there again but I wouldn’t walk around barefoot.

Our room was exactly as pictured and I loved that it had plenty of throw blankets too! Exceptionally clean and accommodating, and management was very friendly.

We stayed in the older part of the hotel with a jet tub. Room was clean and comfortable and the bed was fine. Was a bit loud in the hallway being right by the main doorway.

Worth the money, great rate. Jet tub was nice. It is dated, but expected with the great rate.

We have stayed here a couple of times. We love it because it is convenient to shopping and eating. The rooms are always very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

We visit Eureka Springs many times throughout the year and have been looking for nice accommodations at a reasonable rate & we found it at The Candlewick! The renovations are wonderful! The beds are comfortable and the staff goes above & beyond to make you feel welcome!
We will DEFINITELY stay there again!

We were in an updated room, make sure to book one of those! Bed was memory foam and firm which my spouse loved! Great location. Will stay again.
