The only complaint we had was the non stop barking all night long. I was furious to stay at such an amazing place and have two annoying dogs on the same floor that didn’t stop at all. Besides that it was a beautiful hotel. My family just lacked sleep. I wish hotels would stop with the animal friendly crap because it destroys people’s vacation. I get it, you love your pets. So check them into a nice dog place while you go on vacation or find a sitter. We were so upset

Hotel is beautiful, but room cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. Upon checking in staff told me I had a reservation thru Expedia for 2 rooms. I told her that was incorrect and showed my Expedia res with one room. She told me maybe the second room would fall off. Stopped at front desk next morning and staff told me I was only charged for one room. All good. Later that afternoon staff called and said no, two rooms were charged. I was already out of town. Has yet to be remedied.

Great hotel! Amazing lobby and pool. I rarely want to go down to have a drink in the hotel lobby, but after a long drive.. the lobby was calling me! Would stay again.

New hotel and it’s well worth the stay in Bowling Green! Highly recommend for cleanliness and the breakfast.

TV worked half of the time. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. When we asked the Attendant about getting them replaced, she told us that it wasn't her job and to call the front desk. Food was the worst we have ever experienced at an Embassy Hotel. Potatoes tasted like cardboard and everything was cold.

Check in was easy. The room was very nice. The tv remote was missing and staff brought one up quickly. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had during our travels.

The hotel is new and by all appearances, very well constructed. They could have more outdoor sheltered areas for relaxing/coffee. All the outdoor areas we saw were uncovered and so unusable when it rained. A minor thing - and not worth removing a star.

This place was amazing!

The staff was very nice and helpful. From the moment you walked in, it was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The breakfast had a great selection of food. The garden/water fountain area was beautiful.

We booked last minute on our way to visit family. The hotel looks brand new. The elevator is the quietest and smoothest elevator we have ever been in. The common areas are beautiful and unique. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Sleeper sofa was what you would expect. Breakfast was good. We highly recommend.

It was lovely the entire staff was gracious and kind to me and my family. The breakfast waitresses were awesome and the front desk were super helpful and provided me with a charger to borrow and printed items I needed. The housekeepers were also very kind and complimented my kids. All in all we had a ball, if I'm driving through Bowling Green and in search of a great place to stay I'll definitely stop here.

Traveling with my wife to West Virginia…….stayed overnight with Embassy Suites in Bowling Green. Had an absolute great experience at the property! Beautiful architecture……very clean and modern. Excellent breakfast! Convenient to Interstate 65. Great job Embassy Suites!

This property was very modern and clean. Staff was friendly and the facilities were perfect. Breakfast in the morning was amazing with so many options. Made to order omelettes were a huge hit with our family. We loved our stay!

The staff was amazing! Went above and beyond to ensure you had a great visit. Rooms were large, very clean, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was fantastic. If we’re ever back in the area, we will absolutely stay again!

What a beautiful property for a great price! Our favorite things included the size of the room, AMAZING breakfast, free drink coupons to use at the bar, indoor pool, patio outside the pool. We had a wonderful stay, visiting with family!

Check-in took 40 minutes due to incompetence with the system, and when my reservation was finally located no apology was offered for my inconvenience (after a 7 hour drive). Byron (GM) stated "I don't respond well under pressure"... unbelievable. Not one of the 3 front desk staff displayed kindness, courtesy, or empathy, which are pillars in hospitality. Room 401 was nicely appointed, medium firm mattress and down alternative pillows. Its a newer hotel so there is very little wear and tear. Soft close toilet seats and semi-strong water pressure. Dead flies in light fixture above table indicates lack of inspection. Tony's restaurant attached to the hotel was a high point, the Rig-a-Tony was devine and Sea Bass was outstanding but the barley will give you gas. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu options, and the in-suite dining worked out perfectly and was delivered within 30 minutes. Definitely will NOT support the Hotel again, for $340.00 (including tax), I expect customer service. As for Tony's, I look forward to dining in the restaurant every time I'm in town.

The property was very nice and clean. The night that I stayed at the hotel, there was an all-night power outage due to bad weather. Considering the weather and forecast, it was surprising that no instructions and/or guidance were given about safety protocols by hotel staff (I only saw some signs posted afterwards - on the following day). It was also strange that the hotel did not seem to have a backup generator. Because of the weather, there was no breakfast in the morning, which was very disappointing.
