Location, size, pet policy, and the place itself

This property felt like visiting a friend's cabin. Everything was appropriately comfortable and felt inviting. We worked remotely for a few days and the wi-fi had no challenges keeping up. The location was fantastic - quick walk to get coffee or to go straight to the beach. We were close enough to hear the waves crashing. The backyard/porch is a nice spot to let your dog relieve itself, but if you have a jumper the fence might be a little short. The property provided some sheets to use to cover up the furniture/bed to help keep fur down; we brought more to use just to be on the safe side. We were able to prepare our meals with little inconvenience. We only have three pieces of feedback: 1. The sliding door to the back yard needs some sort of adjustment; it was very heavy to open and close. Also, a screen might be a nice touch. 2. The couch cushions were a little thin. They looked nice but were uncomfortable to sit on. 3. The curtains in the downstairs bedroom are very sheer; I would believe that some people might be uncomfortable with people from the street being able to see them. Also, there is a streetlight located on the edge of the property that combined with the sheer curtains would have made sleeping in there challenging. Overall, this place is a great property and we would love to visit again. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Love the place. Very convenient and dog friendly. But there isn't any place to plug in an electric car, which is essential. Also, stove is unreliable, dishwasher overflowed when we ran it. Also front lock is very temperamental.

Bright House with lots of space for your group. 1 block from the beach and less than that from downtown Manzanita. Quiet neighbors and two decks make for an enjoyable place to hang out.
