This B&B is strategically located between the old and the new part of town, allowing easy access to either. Street parking is easily available, thanks to the help of Sonia, your host, who is extremely welcoming, accommodating, available and generous. The structure offers spacious and comfortable rooms and the breakfast, featuring both sweet and salty fare, is amongst the best we ever had in Italy.

It was a very beautiful building and beautifully designed and decorated with a beautiful night view of a castle and river stream. The host was wonderful, and so was the breakfast. We would stay again and wished we had more nights there.
The air-conditioning did not cool the room enough for a comfortable sleep.

Beautiful roomy apartment in old town. Excellent selection at breakfast and the hostess went that extra mile and provided breakfast very early for us.
Air con worked and was cold but the room still very hot.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The owner is so very nice and takes great pride in her property. She even drove us to a car rental agency and stayed to make certain we were taken care of. We were also able to find English speaking channels on the tv.
It is a little difficult to find. We arrived by train expecting to taxi to her property. There were no taxis at the train station in Cosenza. We asked locals to call us a taxi or uber and we’re told they don’t have them in the town because everyone drives. We took a bus, then walked quite a ways to the property. This obviously is not a property issue; however, it would have been nice to know…

Fantastic little hotel. Great location clean and friendly. The room is spacious and beautifully presented with a comfortable bed and a nice view out a large window.
The large ensuite has natural light and ventilation via a frosted window. Great shower and all facilities are new and in perfect working condition.
Breakfast is plentiful and the hospitality is superb.

The hostess was exceptional: kind, nice, considerate, cheerful, and helpful. She doesn't speak English but was never tired of answering our questions using a language app. She insisted on offering us a ride to the train station when we were leaving the city. She is part of the best memories of Cosenza!

The views from the breakfast room, the welcome we received from the manager and the updated comfort of the room.
Consenza is a bit gritty including the building and entrance to this building. However, once you get to the door of the hotel, you will be pleasantly surprised.

The place is beautiful, the view is amazing, and the breakfast is gorgeous. Pastries, homemade, and all kinds of delicious goodies and fresh fruit.
Sonia , it’s an amazing host and she tells you all about the area.
It’s totally worth it to stay for a few days (2-3) because there is so much to see and everything it’s really beautiful .

Sonia is a friendly and attentive host, the b&b and its rooms are tasteful and off high quality. While the front of the palazzo may look rustic, the b&b is completely renovated. Breakfast is amazing!

The location is perfect for a quiet stay and walk around the older part of Cosenza. The room was comfortable and updated. The breakfast was extensive with local specialties. Sonia gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner just down the street.
it would be good to have a larger sign outside to find the address. however the host Sonia is communicating with you the whole time. it was easy to ask a neighbor and then let her know we were here.

the host was perfect, room was beautiful and location was fantastic.
4.0
kindness and promptness of owners
it is a new activity, some small technical issues to be solved (noisy water system), but overall very comfy. the breakfast is very rich the Italian way, with plenty of quality and handmade sweet foods; they might consider also some salty food (eggs, ham, etc.)

The hostess really goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to make sure everything is to your liking. The room was very clean, newly renovated, and every day there were new baked goods for breakfast
The one thing we noticed was that the lights in our room were quite white, in stead of a warm white. minor detail

Beautiful restored rooms in a very quiet handy location. Easy free parking and access.
Generous delicious breakfast provided. Nothing was too much trouble.
Loved our stay and thanks Sonia for your yummy home baked tortes and cakes. One of our top stays in our 4 month EU tour.

Cheerful owner, pleasant communication. She helped us with parking space. We received very valuable information from her about the area, the restaurant. Everything was very clean. Very nicely renovated rooms. The breakfast was very tasty and a rich selection. We stayed here with our children for just one night on our way around Italy, but we plan to come back sometime and get to know the city of Cosenza better. We immediately wanted to stay longer.
