This place was really nice. The location was great, a grocery right around the corner. We stayed in summer and the A/C worked well for us mountain people. The little patios upstairs and downstairs are a nice touch to read and relax in the evenings. The beds are really cozy. The water filter in the fridge was a bonus. Definitely would stay again. The bedrooms are both located upstairs, which maybe an issue for some ADA folks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I've already recommended it to friends and family planning to visit GJ.

We enjoyed staying at this condo very much, it had everything we needed, the owners were great communicators and it exceeded our expectations!

The property had nice large rooms. We only used one of the bedrooms with the nicer view. The second bedroom while it had a balcony, overlooked an ugly yard across the street and the parking lot with a dumpster and a shopping cart. The upstairs bathroom had nice amenities but you could not put anything in the drawers. The bedrooms had large walls for a dresser and a chair but no where to really unpack or sit as the bed frame was not conducive to sit on. We could have used tissue in the bathrooms. The coffee pot was hard to figure out. We enjoyed the patio. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The tv did not have local Chanels or news. We enjoyed being in a VRBO that is dog friendly rather than a hotel.

Overall a great property. Well stocked with all kitchen needs. The cleaning lady was very kind when we saw her on our way out. Only negatives were; too close to 29th and Orchard so you can hear traffic throughout the night and the walls are not well insulated so you can hear when other guests come and go which drove our dog a little crazy.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for wine tasting in Palisade. The property was very clean and comfortable. It is close to a busy street so there is some road noise. Would certainly stay here again if I am in the area.

Here for tattoo touch ups. Place was comfortable and thoughtful. Easy access to everything. Only suggestion is some sort of coffee creamer/sweetener, but I just got a Starbucks.

House was brand spanking new and beautiful. Easy to use, great parking and all the streaming you need. Go to the Palisade Farmers Market! Eat a peach if they are in season. The National Monument was so pretty. Bring lotsa water.

The townhome was so clean and well-stocked. Loved the decor. We plan on staying there next time we visit our son in Grand Junction.

This place has it all! Fire pit, corn hole, enclosed patio with seating and grill, front balcony, great rooms and great supplies (board games, bathroom closet, kitchen, ECT.)! I will definitely try to get this perfect VRBO again. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

These owners have multiple units and are extremely professional. Home is exactly as advertised, clean, well maintained, comfortable and has everything needed for your stay. Highly recommend for any trip you are taking to Grand Junction.

We stayed here the weekend of our son's graduation from CMU. I wish we would have found this place 4 years ago! It had everything we needed, was very conveniently located near the school, I-70 and shopping/dinning. There was even a lovely neighborhood next to us that we walked our dog through every morning.

We were in town for a RMAC baseball tournament and it was about a 5 minute drive to the Colorado Mesa baseball field. First time in Grand Junction! Unit was awesome clean and nicely updated. Loved the little yard…was perfect. Only thing I would suggest that would make it perfect is a dresser in each bedroom and a TV. No where really to keep you clothes other than to hang them in the closet. I’m a big fan of a TV in a bedroom and will honestly choose one place over another if there is a TV in the bedrooms. But no reason not to give this place five stars.

I never received the check in instructions. When I called the phone number listed for the owners it was a constant busy signal. I couldn't get through to anyone for almost an hour. We waited outside 15 minutes past the check in time before I was finally emailed the instructions. There was no apology or explanation. Every communication was through email and the owners were extremely rude when we checked out. Great and clean condo but wouldn't go back due to the lack of customer service or politeness

The condo was newly renovated with comfortable beds and new appliances. Our doggie also enjoyed her stay!

Perfect for a quick weekend in town. The condo was fully stocked and even had a treat tin for the dogs. It was comfortable for four adults and the little yard was great to have. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was very clean, well kept and modern. The only thing that caused me to give 4 stars was the air conditioner. It was very loud and we had to turn up the tv to hear anything when it was running and as soon as it would stop the tv was then too loud! But, it is very hot out so we need the air conditioning so it’s not a make or break for us, just more of a side note :)
