Awesome place to stay, very cozy. Great location. Highly recommend.

Great location to the park. The cabin smells great and is very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and playing cards then we cooked over the open fire. Its only a 10 minute drive to the big parking lots for really easy access to the waterfalls. Only issue is that it can really only sleep 5. Luckily we brought a cot to fit the 6th person. If the coach was a sleeper sofa it would be perfect.

We stayed here for 2 days. The cabin is pretty new and clean. We were here to visit Ricketts State Park. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Cabin was very clean, had ample cooking supplies, wifi worked great. It was conveniently located to the lower part of the ricketts glen hiking trail. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the site. Beautiful little ferns everywhere. We spent 2-3 hours at the outdoor fire pit every evening. Log cabin was so cute and fun. Only problem...there were ants that showed up every evening. We bought some ant traps and put them in cabin.

First I have to say that the pictures don't do the property justice. It's great ! Cute , cozy , clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Ricketts Glen State Park and Lake Jean . I highly recommend this rental and would love to visit again . Jeff , the host , was extremely responsive.

Had a great time with my mother and daughter and two doggos. Was a great location to visit park and had privacy even though there was others nearby.

Property is beautiful. There are cabins nearby, but they are far enough away to feel like you’re tucked away from everything. The cabin is small, but really the perfect size for doing what you need. Everything you could really need is provided, the only thing you should bring is blankets/sheets, personal items, and food. There is firewood for purchase on the property, picnic table, and grill. Plenty of seating by fire pit and on the porch. Even a little trail to walk. Owner is very responsive. Very close to Rickett’s Glen. It should also be noted that there is phone service at this location, but I don’t think there is wifi (I could be wrong though.) We had an enjoyable experience here and would 100% come back again!

This was the perfect place to stay for hiking the falls. Jeff had all the essentials there (TP, paper towels, coffee maker) so it made for less to pack. Location is amazing and the property is so pretty. We will be back for sure!

The cabin is great. My husband, me and our 2 doggos stayed 2 nights. The host is super responsive and we were 1 mile from the glenns parking area. It's also convenient to get to the other side of the park out 487. There's a deer path behind the cabin where I took the pups each morning before we got out to hike. The only thing that would be nice is if there were bed linens and towels. That's a lot extra to pack when you've got gear, food and dog essentials... Otherwise, it was a great stay!

My family of 4 had a great time staying in this cabin near Rickett's Glen. Although the cabin was small it had everything we needed and was well laid out. There were plenty of kitchen/dining accessories available - just needed to bring out own bath towels and bed sheets. The wifi was working well and the kids enjoyed browsing the dvd collection. The kids were also excited to see that the twin/double beds were a bunk bed they could use as a fort with all the extra pillows.

The cabin was very clean, felt spacious yet cozy inside, stocked with essentials, beds and pillows are comfy. It's up a hill past a couple other stays on the same property, but secluded enough that you feel tucked away. Plenty of seating around the fire pit with wood available, and a nice porch to sit on if it rains or just to enjoy the sounds of the woods. If you venture out (you will need to if you want wifi or cell service), Ricketts Glen parking areas are a mile one way or 4 miles the other way. If you turn right out of the driveway, there is a restaurant/bar across the street, Dollar General for necessities, and town of Benton a few miles farther. Or turn left and go about 5 miles for groceries and a bit further to a town. We brought our dogs and they loved the trail behind the fire area. It's an old two-track that sort of disappears into deer runs after a while. We had a very nice stay, loved the cabin and the setting!

Had a very nice time at this cottage, clean, had everything you need in the kitchen. AC and TV helped rained on my visit. Very nice place too stay.

The cabin was great! Very clean, perfect location, semi-isolated grounds, and a nice path for a quiet morning walk. Just down the road from Ricketts Glen. It was slightly smaller than I had imagined, but it was not a problem with four of us in the summer.

We visited Rickets Glen for the first time to hike and spend time in the park. This place was perfect for our family of 5. Property was simple, clean and located close to the park and trailheads. Our children enjoyed the campfires at night after our busy days hiking. We would definitely come back again when visiting this area.
