Fully charged, Zero service! 6/18 23:00-I booked the room on Booking (charged me 154.44 euros). 6/18 23:02-The booking system confirmed. 6/18 23:03-The receptionist sent me a message saying they denied me to check in because it’s very late 6/18 23:12 -I arrived at the place and replied to the receptionist to cancel the reservation. 6/19 17:29 -the receptionist still didn’t reply and I sent request again. Meanwhile, I sent my request to the Booking Customer Service. 6/19 19:02 -the receptionist denied my request. 6/20 9:49 -the Booking customer service replied, saying they can’t refund me. What should I call it? A European Fraud or A Robbery? The night of 18th, I had not place to stay. The Booking customer service has never helped me solve any problems since I used it. As a global traveler, I am shocked by how they treats its guests. And from now, I’ll never trust Booking again.
