House was nice and very clean

This house was decorated in a pleasing contemporary way and the neighborhood was quiet and dignified. We especially enjoyed the pool during the days heat. Most days we were treated to airshows by F35s from the nearby base which was just starting to get old towards the end of our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary supplies and even some tasty snacks. Overall, it was a wonderful stay as we were able to spend time with our Daughter and Son in Law and other family when we attended the wedding of our nephew. I would whole-heartedly recommend staying at this house.

The property was beautiful in a great location! Everything was close by! There were lots of extra niceties! They thought of everything that you could possibly need and it was in the house. I loved the pool and backyard. We had a great time and I want to rent this property again! Thank you!!!

The house was just as pictured and described. It was clean and felt welcoming and homey. The kitchen was well stocked so we could easily make meals for our family. Our Midwest kids loved the pool even in December! The location with nearby green belts was great. I highly recommend this house.

This large, beautiful home would be perfect for a large group. The yard is spacious, with pool, spa, large grill. Plus, table tennis and cornhole games provide other activities. Everything was immaculate.. We’ve already shared this rental with other friends who are interested in staying here.

We came down for a family Spring Break/Spring Training trip. After a long drive and staying in hotels for a few days, we were ready to be in a house and have our own space. This place is clean and beautiful. The beds are super comfortable. It has so many extra thoughts that are great like coffee pods, creamers and syrups, spices, full kitchen, toiletries, comfy blankets, laundry detergent, games, etc. My 13-year-old daughters loved the ping pong table in the garage as well. The outdoor area is a great place to relax after a full day of watching baseball. It was too chilly to use the pool, but we used the hot tub. Communication was great with owners and they came out replaced batteries in TV remote that was dead on 1st day. Things to note...there is only basic cable (local channels only), so be prepared to have streaming apps passwords with you or you won't have many options when it comes to watching TV. Also, there are only 2 TVs in the house. One is in the main living room and one is in a bunkbed room. It would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom, but we survived. We didn't know this, but there is an air force base that trains on fighter jets not too far from Surprise. They train pretty regularly throughout the day, so be prepared for the noise. We got used to it, but it is kind of startling the first time you hear it.
