Cleanliness was very good. The breakfast left much to be desired. Pancakes were dry and cool. Bacon was very chrisp. Juice was from crystals and only one kind each morning. When my husband asked for a glass of milk was told it would be $3.75. Cereals were aimed mainly for younger children and bowls were very small. Staff were friendly and made sure our room met all our needs. Pool and hot tub were good.

Ver loud air conditioner , had a hard time sleeping, The energy saving function was even worse than having the air conditioner it kept turning on every minute, it was too hot to sleep with it off

Needs to be updated. Housekeeping was terrible. No Kleenex, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, sink plugged, light burnt in lamp next to bed, one small garbage container for the whole room and rug was not vacuumed. On a positive note breakfast was good and the young fellow at check in was very nice and efficient.

Unhelpful staff, dirty rooms and bathrooms. My girlfriend has many allergies and the room looked like it had not been dusted in a month.

It is pretty good only Issue I had my room had a wall damage I was worried that I'll be blamed for it but when I told the front desk agent he said its ok he'll just take a note that there was damage there before before I checked in

The room was antiquated. No USB outlets. Bathtub chipped. Overcharged (see competitor motels) for pets. Outside traffic caused for sleepless night

Outdated and not very clean. Charged a $250 deposit at check in. Not really worth it for a very short stay, we didn't get to enjoy breakfast so that may have improved the stay. Room was dingy feeling, dusty and lot very clean. Sheets were immaculate, but the bed was so very uncomfortable. Plus side- staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating as much as possible.

Rude old lady at the front desk set the tone for our trip. When we arrived she was very sassy about our reservation, doubting first that we had one - not sure if it was because we were a young couple or if she had a bad day, but regardless, that's bad business. Got to our room, did our usual check for bed bugs and such. Our sheets were stained yellow (ew!) so we went back to the desk to inform them and ask for new sheets - she was rude about that too. Not wanting to spoil our trip further, we went to relax at the pool/hot tub/sauna. There are NO saunas on site. The pool room was locked and we had to visit our lovely front desk lady for a key. The pool itself was fine, hot tub was small and had tiles that were broken off from the side sitting at the bottom (I picked one up and removed it as it was sharp). We met a couple who also had complaints about the front desk, and the fact that the entire place is NOT ACCESSIBLE. No elevators. Stairs everywhere - people with disabilities, avoid like the plague. Even the handrails getting into the pool were useless, according to the gentleman. On the more positive side, the beds were comfy, the housekeeping staff were incredible and quick to apologise and help with our sheets request, and the rooms themselves were ok. Free breakfast was good and included helpful staff. Sadly, the lack of professionalism from the front desk lady (who signed our meal tickets ERAM) will not encourage us to ever come back.

Price was decent. Rooms are dated. Bathroom needed an update. Breakfast has gone down hill.

Front desk staff poorly trained. No customer service skills

Everything was amazing except our room faced out back toward a construction site and they started super early and the train was super loud at night. So sleep wasn’t the greatest but the room condition and service was fantastic! And we got free breakfast vouchers that included a full hot breakfast.

TV didn't work. Didn't have another room for us, was told we'd get discount on room. That didn't happen

The pictures look way better than the actual reality of the hotel. The area felt sketchy. The rooms were very run down. The sheets were clean - but the matresses were disgusting. Would not stay again!

The staff were excellent!

Loved the Legion lounge in the downstairs. A good place to play cards and socialize. Great prices on the beverages. The pool and hot tub seemed to be a little on the cool side, though. Enjoyed the luxury, courtesy bath products.

Convenient location for dinner options

Front desk staffing were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast "buffet " was very basic. 4 hot items and cold cereal. No syrup for pancakes. The servers were literally invisible. Never saw them until the came and asked for the Breakfast coupon, then disappeared again

Convenient for traveling through. Outside area not great for dog walking, didn't see a grass area.

We were happy with our stay and thought it was good value for money. We really appreciated the hot breakfast and thought the girl working there was excellent.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable only downer was breakfast 2 out of the 3 days they had cold pancakes no syrup no milk for cereal ran out of sausage’s kept running out of coffee scrambled eggs we’re swimming in water and staff seemed to not care. I can see running out of syrup but 2nd and 3rd day, they could have ran down the street to corner store and got some. Would I recommend this hotel only if you want to sleep not to eat.

The property and room were clean, staff friendly and easy to walk to places close by.

The first room that we got was horrible dirty. The floor was stained so bad and smelled of smoke and carpet chemicals. The bed was dirty and had sand or something in it with yellow stains where some sat. Had no iron blow dryer or coffee pot. We switched out of that to a little cleaner room. At least the sheets looked clean. The room was never vacuumed and bathroom never cleaned. We had to ask for new towels. The breakfast was very bad. One day they ran out of food. We asked if we could have some cereal or yogurt and they said not on the menu today. So we waited for quite awhile for them to bring out more but too many people were waiting as well. Service counter people were nice and friendly. Oh and they advertised pool but it had a sign closed for maintenance and we asked when it would be working no one could give us an answer. We wanted a hotel with a pool so our kid could swim. It was so dirty anyways I would have never let her in it. The bottom had dirt sitting in it. Pictures on the Internet did the place amazing justice. It might have looked like that 30 years ago. Not sure if hotels.com is responsible for the inaccurate photos and descriptions or if the hotel itself is. Anyways horrible place don't stay here.

Housekeeping was not performed daily, had to make a request to have the sheets and towels changed. Buffet breakfast was included, which is a bonus considering the low rates. Overall not terrible but about what I would expect for less than 125$ a night. -Mark S

Overall this was a good stay! Internet worked well. Enjoyed the hot tub and even though only two jets were working and circulating. But those two jets had good power. Was a quiet sleep and staff were spot on excellent.
