Good location in the centre of Leadville and friendly staff

Very high prices due to an event being held in Leadville, even though the services are very basic, and some points of cleanliness need to be reviewed (fridge, for example).

Very squeaky beds but that’s an extremely minor thing.

Experiencing the family’s children in the communal areas and the assistance given to explore the local areas. The property seems to attract many US and international travellers either competing or exploring the fabulous Leadville environment. The host’s children are a testament to their parenting style. Quite admirable.

it is a stop to bring down the trip to Aspen with nice scenery around this little old historic mining town. people are friendly.

Very kind and helpful host

It was a quaint building very close to the Main Street. Good for a family experience. Inexpensive place, friendly staff.

Breakfast was pretty basic, bagels and cereal, but wasn't expecting much either. There were several children staying there and this added to the noise level with shouting, loud footsteps and slamming doors. Walls are thin, you hear everything. My neighbor got up at 4:30 am and I heard his alarm clearly. You can hear if your neighbor just coughs.

Breakfast was good. It is like eating with your family, children everywhere. But they were surprisingly quiet. The room and communal bathrooms are very clean.

kitchen is good! feels like home and love the collection of library books. room are congested except that everything is great
