Excelente atención, el personal atento, amables, cordiales, siempre pendientes de que todo estuviera muy bien. El lugar súper limpio y tranquilo. Perfecto para desconectarse completamente de la ciudad. Contaban con restaurante y buenos precios por lo que prácticamente no es necesario salir. Piscina cómoda y tranquila. Simplemente perfecto.

Nos encanto el lugar, el desayuno esta incluido con la estadia y estaba delicioso super completo. La atención de la Sra. Elena y Yami excelente muy atentas. El Chef en la cena se lució con todos los platos. Los precios muy accesibles y buena porción. La habitación 10/10 super amplia y las camas grandes. El hotel es precioso

Great Food and perfect Staff

The television service was terrible. The don't want to pay for Tigo, which carries everything anybody, Panamanian or foreigner would want to see. Instead they are using some obscure and technically difficult streaming service which was virtually useless and not carrying much of anything anyone would want to view. This is a 5 star hotel but I would not stay there again, if I had a reasonable alternative that provided the tv services that virtually every other hotel uses and provides and that most viewers are familiar and comfortable with.

The entire stay, from the staff to the food, to the establishment, to the closeness to the several beaches in the area were what I can only describe as exquisite. The hotel architecture was well thought out, and filled with artisan details. The floors were so clean and shiny, they were like mirrors. The pool area was relaxing and refreshing even just sitting by the pool was an amazing experience. The food was excellent, with lots of different choices, from burgers or chicken fingers and fries, to chow fun, garlic shrimp, etc. The food was fantastic, among the best I've tried so far in my trip thru Panama, as well as large portions. The breakfast was delicious, and it's included in the hotel stay, with traditional Panamanian breakfast and fresh fruits, coffee, juice, and tea. The staff was incredibly professional, yet so welcoming that makes one feel not just cared for but cared about. I would give this hotel 5 stars, I wish we would have stayed longer but we must continue our trip thru the country, however I'm sure we will be back.

There's really nothing to not like about this beautiful hotel, or the staff or the food. It was a truly fantastic stay at a beautifully designed hotel.
