The location was not too far to walk to the village and very scenic from the front seating area

the property was in a great location, just a short walk to the village. Also, a great location for exploring the area by car. The owners were super friendly and accommodating with plenty of locals information on where to visit. I would def recommend.

We had a fab stay, lovely little b & b, within walking distance to Betws-y-Coed. great hosts too. The bay window in room 2 has a nice view, lovely place to sit and relax.

As soon as I walked in I felt so welcome and safe. My room was lovely and it was a pleasure to return there for the night after partying all day at the wedding I was attending. Breakfast was a delight and I was given a selection of breakfast cereals, yoghurts, fruits, and the choice between an English Breakfast, or a lighter breakfast of scrambled/poached/fried egg. Tea and coffee was also provided as well as a selection of juice. My room facilities were also a treat as I had access to plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and comfortable stay, the bed was so so comfy too! I’ll definitely be back sometime in the future if I’m ever in Betws-Y-Coed again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Japp and Ghislaine were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The room had a fabulous view of the mountains, and the bed was the comfiest ever! Breakfast was beautifully cooked, with plenty of choice. Definitely a venue for a return visit!

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, there were plenty of extras that were replenished like tea, biscuits, toiletries etc. The views were amazing and the house was always warm. The hosts were really friendly and gave good advice for the local area. The property was within easy walking distance to the local village and very close to Zip Fforest.

unfortunately the quick access bridge to the village was closed which meant the walk to the village took 3 times as long, but we chose to walk rather than drive in the evening,

a dark narrow staircase , poor lighting in bathroom, too far out of town because the short cut walk is closed. There’s a cat living on the premises which could affect people with allergies. Shower cubicle really small and only suitable for small to medium size people. low overhanging cupboards over the bed that I bumped my head on. Parking was tight- had to back down a narrow driveway to get out.

Really friendly, engaging couple who run the place together. Their enthusiasm for the country and their attention towards the guests was fabulous. The town was in walking distance so you can go for drinks and dinner and leave the car at the b&b

Friendly welcome, nice comfy room with beautiful view. Great breakfast. Away from the road and with parking, so very quiet. Unfortunately the bridge to the center isn't open for the moment but the city isn't far. We really enjoyed our stay.
