My favorite part of this property was the back patio. The view was amazing.
The beds were uncomfortable. An easy fix - just get new mattresses.
Basic home. Location good for a quick girls weekend.

The view was absolutely stunning, and the house was beautiful and clean. The beds were not that comfortable, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

My fiancé and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Communication by the host or the Vacasa team was great. However, when we arrived at the Vrbo, the first issue I noticed was a dead roly poly on the floor and then a live spider on the wall. Not to mention that throughout our stay, we encountered small tiny fruit flies or drain flies. They need to spray for bugs badly. It’s not enjoyable having flies in your face when trying to eat or relax. Another issue we encountered was blood stains on the pillows in the master room. We swapped pillows with another room as we were very disgusted. Downstairs in the basement by the ping pong table, there are red marks on the walls that look like blood stains..? I’m not sure what they are but it’s off putting. The kitchen sink cabinet came off the hinge when we opened the door to throw something away. We took photos of everything. Lastly, we discovered today upon checking out that the light fixture in the hallway by the front door is leaking water. Must be a roof leak somewhere. This place has potential but needs serious work. The owner really needs to take a walk through the home and take action. This is not really acceptable to charge as much as they do for this poor condition of a property. There are scuff marks on the walls and it looks like everything was just rigged together for guests to stay. The only thing we enjoyed here was the ocean view.

We have nothing but good things to report from our week in the Waterfront Escape. Awesome views comfortably appreciated from the back deck and patio; long walks along the beach easily accessed by a short walk down the road; post Labor Day emptiness; and well furnished spacious lodgings. It was a great week.

This is a beautiful home on the water at Cape Cod. It was very relaxing, with comfortable furniture. The home was super-clean, exactly as advertised online. This is a wonderful getaway home that we'd highly recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Stayed here over the weekend while on business. Location was perfect and the view of the ocean was amazing. Everything was as described. Only thing I would mention is the furniture wasn't that comfortable. The beds were very hard and stiff but other then that it was perfect.

This house is situated right on Plymouth Bay and your backyard is the water!! It was perfectly laid out to accommodate my family of parents and adult children. I would have given it a solid five star review but it needs some minor improvements such as having two pillows per person, a set of knives including a bread knife and chef’s knife, screens on all windows to make it possible to chose between air conditioning or sea breeze, enough beach chairs for all six people, wine glasses, more glasses, and an outdoor dining table. It was convenient to all the attractions of Plymouth and beyond and the view was to die for!! I assume that all of the above mentioned items will change because Vacasa is so helpful, and I look forward to returning again next year. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Really clean and updated house with a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. A few caveats-pictures are a little deceptive, you can't walk out to the beach. It's far and down a cliff. Our beds were really uncomfortable, and the master bed box spring wobbles on the frame, may be bent. And there is a foot gap in the stairs railing going to the basement (which is empty) - very scary for toddlers and we had to immediately barricade it. Overall it was worth it for the location, cleanliness and view.

We stayed in this home over Columbus Day weekend. Home was very clean, the view of the ocean is beautiful, and the decor was modern and stylish.
You can’t access the ocean directly from the back of the house, as you need to walk down a few houses and take the stairs down from there. Basement could be turned into a play room or movie room, or even another bedroom, as it is basically empty now. The master bedroom could probably use another dresser.
Overall, the home was very nice, and exactly as advertised, thanks for a great weekend!

Beautiful, comfortable house. Quiet in this just off-season period. Close proximity - a couple miles - to good food and grocery options. Enjoyed the Aroma Tavern and a bit farther in Sandwich, the Fisherman's View. Serious ladder/steps down to water level. Not everyone will get down there, but if your goal is to sit and watch the boats and sea birds...pretty hard to beat.

Loved this home. Everything was extremely clean and bright, very comfortable rooms, nice redesigned open layout. Views for days! At the edge of the lawn you look down over a giant bluff onto a rocky, sandy beach. There is public beach access a few doors down, via a really steep staircase. Gorgeous sunrise from the beach! Came here with my aging parents, we had a great stay and enjoyed just lounging with the amazing view of the bay from every window. Would definitely recommend, and would love to stay again!

Loved the location and the view of the water. Several issues however:
- Grass wasn't cut and weeds were in the walkway.
- Hoses and sprinklers were all over the backyard
- Firepit did not work and couldn't be fixed during our stay
- Window in bedroom would not shut properly creating both saftey & comfort concerns.
Vacasa did respond to these issues quickly but were unable to fix the Firepit or the Window during our stay. They were very apologetic and did issue a partial refund which I thought was generous.
I do think that this place has a ton of potential and once the outstanding issues are corrected it will be a perfect place to enjoy a vacation....

Way over priced for what property had. When we arrived there was terrible smell from garbage disposal and under sink. There was no cable TV and very minimum furnishings in all rooms.

We had a short but lovely stay in this beautiful home. We spent most of the time outside enjoying the direct ocean views and beautiful surroundings. Everything was top notch however we could not access the beach directly from the home. A short walk down the street provided the access. We are all able bodied however this entrance point would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. We loved this spot and had a marvelous stay! Thank you!
