The setting being so close to horses and stables Loved that the property had a bath. Liked some of the pieces in the cottage racing mugs and the toilet bit.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable bed, also bath was great.

Very clean. Well decorated.

Location good. Comfortable couch. Kitchen well stocked with crockery and cutlery, etc. Shower good. Netflix and Amazon Prime available on the TV. Plenty of parking. Keyless access good. Good value for money.

Initial impression was a well appointed, comfortable, self catering apartment well located and good value, however, the housekeeping and maintenance let it down. Bin under sink wasn’t emptied. Oven was dirty and door wouldn’t close setting off the smoke alarm. No kitchen roll or dishwashing tablets. Laminate peeling on dishwasher door. Needs new duvet and pillows. Overall, the complex was tired and in need of refurbishment. Lots of weeds around the complex and bits lying around outside, eg old shower tray. Gates need painting.

Very helpful owners shared info on the property. Comfortable bed, lovely decor, peaceful space.

It was perfect for a couple of nights away - clean and comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, dog-walks on the doorstep and a good pub within 10 minutes drive). Becki sent us all the access info in plenty of time, and responded super-promptly to a couple of questions about local walks etc. All good!
