Overall unimpressed with the 2 bedreom unit. Its the smallest we have ever stayed at, furthest away from all property amenties and no room in suitcases. Plus the only views were of a rock wall. Plus when I complained, they were completely unresponsive. We come to Kauai every year and will not be returning here.

We really enjoyed the location and amenities of the Sheraton Resort and Villas at Poipu. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We loved that the pool was right next to the beach. The one disappointment for us was that we spent extra money for a villa room, which has a kitchen, living space, and separate master bedroom. However, it was so small and tight and there was no privacy in the master bedroom due to a sliding barn door (with no lock). The pull out sofa bed in the living space left almost no room to get by between the end of the bed and the counter on the wall. I would have rather booked one room with 2 beds and saved the money.

Great location on the coast. Villa had kitchenette and washer/dryer which was not in the description of the 3rd party website I used to reserve the stay. It was a very pleasant surprise. Mattress was a little uncomfortable likely due to overuse - right side of mattress had a noticeable dip down compared to left side. I was solo so I simply slept on the other side. Might be an issue if traveling as a couple. Room was very clean. Hotel grounds were kept up well. Fitness center was nice and seemed lightly used. Would definitely stay there again should I return to Kauai.

It was a great 2-nite stay. The highkight was probably a Birthday Dinner for my wife at the Rum-Fire (I believe is the name) restaurant. And special Kudo's to our server, James. He made the occasion all the more memorable. You have a GREAT employee in him.

Great beach and pools. Restaurants were excellent.

Sprawling, low-rise, motel style buildings. Impeccably clean! Great customer service throughout. Easy parking and walkable to pools, dining, and beaches. My food at hotel restaurant wasn’t up to quality I was expecting for the prices, so we ended up at other places to eat and also shopped for our own food. Loved having the kitchenette and laundry in the room. Quiet and safe location. Overall amazing! We would stay there again.

We had the best time at the Sheraton. The villa was to die for. So mordern and comfortable with all the amenities. The staff were very nice and the property and food at the Lava Club was amazing. We would do it again.
