We love Folly Beach and stay in the area every year. This house was amazing, easy beach access and the beach in this area is much less crowded than closer to the pier. The hot tub was easy to use, and the house itself was beautiful!

Ideal location for beach days, and not too far away to explore Charleston too. We loved how the beach was steps from our backyard, and the downstairs outdoor hot shower was a game changer, wow. We had a wonderful time. The house looked even better in person than in the photos. What a great place to stay!

Our family had a wonderful long weekend at the Salty Lady. Absolutely beautiful home and great location. It checked all our boxes. Our adult children were very impressed and we are talking about making this an annual family event. Book this house-you won’t be disappointed!

If you’re looking for a luxurious house on the beach, this is it. Everything about the house was quality. The views were stunning. When we weren’t listening to the waves from the windows, we were admiring the dolphins from the kitchen. We will be back!

Salty Lady was exactly as advertised! Gorgeous home on magical Folly Beach. The home was immaculate and well appointed. The check-in process was seamless and the rental company checked in on us during the first 24 hours to ensure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, but it was not stocked with even the basics like salt and pepper. Overall, this place is a 10 and would definitely rent it again. Perfect.

Large, beautiful home with great amenities. The master bedroom and bathroom were stunning. Incredible ocean views and best possible beach access. House was clean and neat. Highly recommend.

The moment we walked in we were taken away by how beautiful the home is. Each spacious, yet quaint, room. The hot tub was freshly cleaned, which is greatly appreciated, and we had everything needed for a a wonderful week in Folly Beach. If there was any minor points of feedback it would be the master bedroom bedding. The sheets were paper thin and pillows of lower quality. With a house of this magnitude, we would have expected bedding accommodations of a five star hotel, and what was there fell short. The chaise lounges on the deck could use new cushions, due to some rips, and there are a couple of floor tiles missing in the master bathroom shower. All that to be said, it was a lovely week and we appreciate the opportunity to stay at the salty lady.

Our family had the most restful, relaxing, and enjoyable trip staying at the Salty Lady! Beautiful home and perfect location. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you for a wonderfully memorable trip that we will treasure for many years to come.

Our stay at The Salty Lady was great! We’ve had our annual Family Beach Week at Folly Beach for many years now. Each time we add a grandchild to the family, our needs for space change a little. The Salty Lady was perfect for us. Attention was paid to every detail, and it shows in every room. The home sits right on the beach. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Will definitely book it again if it’s available!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed everything about this beautifully remodeled ocean front home. It is very close to the ocean with a nice upper and lower deck for taking in the views. Would absolutely stay there again.

This property is amazing! love the gas stove and the view from kitchen...see the ocean and feeling the breeze, sound of the waves from kitchen was heaven!
The house is clean and well organized.
My only feedback was the lack of towels (2 sets per person) that was not ready upon check-in. It was dropped off at front door later after speaking to property management company.
Response with emails and calls were very good.
We would define rent this unit again.

My friends and I ran the Cooper River Bridge Run for the first time. We had a great time!!! The house was perfect! Location, the beach, the hot tub, the view, everything!!! The only issue we had was we kept getting text warnings about our noise level. We were literally just sitting in the living room watching tv. You can’t get more quiet than that. I couldn’t imagine if we actually had 10 people, or house full of kids.😳

Love the property. Only complaint is what supplies are there. 2 dishwash packets is not enough. Coffee filters dont fit the coffee maker so that grounds end up in your coffee. Could use hand soap in bathrooms and other necessities. Nobody wants to run to the store and buy items like that.

We had a wonderful stay in Folly Beach. The house was absolutely beautiful with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was state of the art allowing us to cook a few meals and enjoy the view. Everyone gathered around the island and table. Great family gathering. We were all happy and created some lasting memories together.

This was a beautiful, clean, well maintained property. My family and I really enjoyed staying there. I would stay here again. I do think there were some small details that were overlooked that could have made the stay even better. Beach towels and an extra set of sheets for the pullout bed were not supplied. The only toiletries provided were one small bar of soap, so you would need to bring shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. The back deck view was picturesque but there was only one throw blanket and it would be chilly in the morning and evening. It would have been great to have more throws. Overall, I would recommend this property, but the thoughtful details were missing.
