Okay budget stay.

Arrived in the evening after confirming my arrival time for a small double room via whatsapp. On arrival, we were told that the room was unavailable and the only other room they had was double the price. I asked why it was unavailable after we had confirmed it around noon the same day and they said they only hold it until 1500, then it's priority-based. After about 20 minutes of wasted time talking to the receptionist Iman and him talking to the manager, the eventually lowered the price to near what I booked for and we checked in. Thirty minutes later as we were showering and unwinding in the room, we had a knock on the door saying we could transfer into the room we booked at the same price. Took me everything I had to just not slam the door in the guys face and leave some choice words. Wouldn't recommend a stay here, you can find locations more centrally located with more hospitable hosts, for similar pricing in Cairo downtown that will honor reservations made. I'm going back to Cairo in a few days, but definitely not staying there.

Everything is good, staff, location, cleanliness and comfortable bed, best hotel for its price.

It would be perfect if there was soap in the bathroom. And a towel in the room.

The location is good, but the hotel is not clean, and the utilities sucks.

it's not clean, not enough utilities, the staff is nnot professional and rude.
