We stayed in unit #1 right on the beach, and it was perfect. Very clean and well stocked, with everything we needed. Made much use of the paddle board and kayaks. Walked to Rum Point, as well as Starfish point, so great location. Would absolutely stay here again...highly recommended!

Property was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Walking right out onto the beach is just what we were looking for. Beautiful sunsets, and an acceptable drive into the city for excursions. Had an issue with the AC one afternoon, and the property manager had a technician out to get it fixed in a matter of hours, no trouble at all. Loved it!

Many times, people take poetic license with their pictures and property descriptions. That is not the case here I honestly think the description under sells, the beauty of the ocean directly out the door, and the views were magnificent. The property was clean and adequately furnished. We would definitely come back.

I was told that the owners were staying there before our visit, so I don't know whether they that had "cleaned" or housekeeping. In the past it has been spotless, however this stay, it had not been cleaned to standard. Stove, mirrors, and hair on the floors behind doors. The Gardens of the Kai complex need to address the tree and bush roots on the beach as it is taking over what once was a pristine beach. This was apparent last year and now it is 75% worse that then. Very overgrown. Owners/renters from other villas OUTSIDE of the complex walk there dogs daily on this private beach and although they do pick up the poop, they cannot pick up the urination. Dogs are walked off the leash and left to roam around the properties and when seeing people, some are running up and barking at them. In addition,on our first full day, a person who I presumed was the Gardens of the Kai manager came over to the villa and was taking photos with her phone. she asked me whether I was wondering what she was doing, then goes on to question me about how many people are staying in the villa vs. how many beach chairs that were in front of it and said that they were the Gardens of Kai seating for all to use although seating was in plenty, and no-one was using. She told me to put them back" if we were not using them and I told her she is welcome to them and was shocked by the hostility because the seating must have been there for sometime and we had only just arrived. I write this review in hopes that the issues raised receives attention, especially the beach as that is in serious need of TLC to get it back to the standard it was. I hope that if next time we visit, our stay will be like it was back in 2017, 19 & 22. (A closing note... photo of the pristine beach is not as it is now, it is overgrown with tree roots all along it.

It was a great location and we hope to return every year. The unit was very clean, had lots of beach towels, lounge chairs on the beach just steps from the front door. We kayaked to see the bio-luminescent and enjoyed many great meals walking across the street to the Kaibo restaurant.

This property is situated well away from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach on a beautiful stretch of sand in the north sound. The location of the actual home is absolutely spectacular with clear views of the sound and open ocean from the front porch. You simply cannot beat the location on the beach for peace and quiet. With the distance from the major population center comes the necessity for grocery delivery and an understanding that it will take you a while to go anywhere else on the island.

We had the best vacation ever. Amazing location, clean, views and support. Book this place for your get away to paradise.

Three Little Birds was everything we were hoping for as far as location and amenities. We swam and kayaked from our back door and sat and watched the shooting stars at night. There was a nearby market we drove to almost daily and a couple restaurants nearby within walking and biking distance. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is not being able to reach the property manager, Julie. The air conditioner broke overnight our second night and we woke up sweating. We waiting until 8am to call her and she didn’t answer until almost 9am. Then her husband was going to stay at villa so we could go out but he came and left us there. After several hours, we called her again but couldn’t get her and had to call the owner who advised that the property manager’s husband would be back in a couple hours. When he was almost scheduled to be there we went swimming because we were hot. When we came back in the air tech told us the husband came and left again! They ended up replacing the outside air unit and the tech was doing work on inside electrical panel and draining inside unit. We live in Florida, things happen with ACs. The issue was with communication and being stuck at the villa all day until almost 6pm. We didn’t ask for but received a small credit, which was nice but we did lose an entire day.

This location was perfect for relaxing, enjoying the water, and sitting back to watch beautiful sunsets. The house had plenty of space and the most amazing screened in porch. Great location to see the east end of the island and find great snorkeling spots.

This place is exactly as listed. It is on the North side of the island but if you are looking for a private beach experience with total relaxation and comfort then you will find that here. It does take a little preplanning and it is a drive over to touristy stuff but we didn’t mind. The kitchen has tons of supplies. There are more than enough towels and space. Games, books and magazines. It was very clean. There is a nice grill that we used multiple times(you do need charcoal). Starfish Point is very nearby but there were also multiple starfish in the water at our beach. If you book an excursion, most are willing to pick you up at Kaibo across the street. Only cons are the double kayak is hard to paddle and does not have seat backs. You may want to rent one that can be delivered(we did because we had 2 couples) There were also some upside down jellyfish in some places but those can be avoided. Other than that our week was PERFECT and I cannot wait to return!

We were looking for a serene place to begin our vacation and we could not have asked for a better location.

The location of this property is fantastic if you are looking for a peaceful setting away from the more active Seven Mile Beach area. This beautiful villa is located right on the beach and has an incredible screened-in porch, as well as a screened-in balcony. You can walk right out onto the beach every morning. It is amazing! The furnishings could use some updating, but everything in the villa was comfortable and made for a great stay. There were plenty of beach towels, bath towels, and kitchen items. The washer and dryer are also really nice and allow you to pack a little lighter. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Garden of Kai had everything we needed, even life jackets. Beach is not as nice as 7 mile beach but that’s expected. We drove a lot to different snorkeling places since it is located in the very tip of north side. Very clean and comfortable place.

What an easy stay! The house was exactly as it looks online! Extremely clean and had a few things we forgot! Walking distance to Starfish Point and quick and easy drive to Rum Point for a fun lunch and boat excursion! Our family loved walking to Kaibo for an amazing dinner!

Beautiful house with amazing view. Awesome location. Plenty of places close by to swim, but would not recommend swimming in the bay at house. Two of the three kids got jellyfish stings on the first day, and wouldn’t go back in. They did love gathering up and playing with all the hermit crabs and looking at the large starfish along the shoreline.

Loved the property, and the epic sunset location. It was exactly the kind of beach stay we were looking for. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer...

My group absolutely loved our stay. The condo was in the perfect location to explore nature and relax. We enjoyed quiet mornings on the screened porch, with perfect views, and fun afternoons kayaking to Starfish Point and Rum Point. Every day we discovered something new in the water-crabs, lobsters, tropical fish and starfish. Right at our doorstep! This is not the spot to come if you are looking for a lot of nightlife, but perfect if you want a true vacation in paradise. The condo was very well stocked with anything and everything we needed. We loved it!

The house was perfect for our family of four. We were very comfortable and enjoyed returning to our retreat at the end of the day of activities. I am not a napper, and I napped more times than I care to admit on the hammocks located on the screened porch overlooking the bay. This same large, comfortable porch was the site of a rather heated (in a good way!) monopoly game for my family. If you have young children, note that we never saw anyone playing in the bay likely due to the jellyfish this time of year. My kids are older, so it wasn't a problem to pack up and head to a beach either via walking to Rum Point or a drive to another one of the many beaches around the island. In short, the house was clean, quiet, had supplies we needed, and the property manager answered any questions we had in a timely manner.

This is an amazing rental. Everything you can hope for. So close to the water, a calm cove that the kids can play in. The hammock, the sand toys, kayaking everyday. Beautiful sunsets. The Kaibo restaurant is right across the street. The layout was perfect for a family of four. We debated staying at Seven Mile but this was a much better choice for our family with younger kids (5 and 6). Day trips into Seven Mile. Plus we were able to take our sunset sail and sting ray city snorkel right from Rum Point. Judi was awesome. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be coming back here for sure!!

We had a fabulous time at the villa. The community was neat and very quiet. 20 steps out the door and your feet are in the water. We saw starfish, stingrays, various types of fish and made wonderful memories. The bio bay tour was amazing. Kaibo resort just down the street was great. If you’re considering a trip to Cayman slip 7 mile and stay on your own beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gardens of the Kai. Everything was virtually seamless from booking through checkout. The property was beautifully landscaped, the villa was well furnished, and it was spotlessly clean. The walk to the beach didn't take long either, as it is right outside your front door. The garden of kai "three little birds" was perfect. We used the bikes, kayak and paddle board. We saw starfish in the little beach area in front of the condo. I loved watching all the crabs on the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed. I cannot wait to return with our kids next time.
