Everything location was terrible I didn't even stay there.arrived took one look at the room and booked myself into the Travel Lodge nearby.nothing like the pictures etc smelt of curry I the very short time I was there.very disappointed

The proximity to where I needed to go in the morning. As well as the friendliness of the member of staff who received me and showed me to my room. The bed was nicely made and soft. The shower had a good pressure as well. There were also USB slots in one of the sockets.

Would be a little more convenient if the sockets near the bed had the USB plugs as well.

The fact it wasent clean upon arrival, there was black mould in the room, no heating on and the heater provided didn't work. The staff where very aggressive And booking.com let me down

It was clearly written on booking.com that we had a private bathroom. However, the manager gave us a room with a shared bathroom mentioning that the bathroom is ours. Inaccurate information. It took more than 1 hour to change the room after calling booking.com because manager was busy running his other business. Disrespectful towards a woman as well. Annoyed with my request to get the room that I signed and paid for. Unfortunate.

Nothing. Very unhappy with this booking. We chose this location because it was close to the venue but we would have been better off driving straight home after the event than paying to stay here.

Avoid !! If I could rate this as zero -I would -It was a horrible experience and not worth the price. This is a TOTAL misrepresentation of what is offered. We booked 2 double en-suite apartments (for 4 adults) with parking and travelled over 40 miles each to get there. It’s advertised as ENSUITE apartments but it is ONE property(above shops) & the stair access was dark & slippery and has NO parking (we were told to leave early to avoid getting a ticket). The house is divided into locked rooms upstairs and downstairs bedrooms off the living area,with a bathroom & kitchen. When we checked in the man confirmed the downstairs area was our apartment. It had 2 bedrooms (1 single/1double) so there was no bed for the 4th person and 2 were now expected to share (wardrobe rail was broken), the kitchen had only 3 cups, hardly any plates /cutlery as you would expect in an apartment. No basics like tea/coffee - just tools & cleaning stuff. When I asked about the 2nd apartment he said there wasn’t one-so I asked for a full refund for the missing apartment but he said he wasn't the owner but he had £25 cash on him which he could give me towards it and I could speak to the owner for the rest. We arrived back @ 2am to find ourselves LOCKED out and no one answered the emergency tel no. We had to keep shouting until someone upstairs let us in. I had to make a bed on the half sofa in the living room - but there was NO door to the living area (only a curtain)and water was leaking from the ceiling near the light. I was still preparing for bed when a couple walked into the living area to go to 'their' room and then used 'our' bathroom! This is when we realised this was a “communal’ space. I did not at all feel safe and couldn't sleep- because my personal safety was at risk.What if it had been a man who came in whilst I was asleep?

Very clean and tidy, good host and greeted well on arrival. modern inside, clean and smelt really good. great Value for Money. A great location, around the corner from Bromley Town. Would recommend and would stay again.

Could do with a TV in there.

I like the fact that it was close to good transport links because you can easily walk to Bromley town centre. The landlord really welcomed me here and treated me very well. I was given the penthouse and the bedroom felt very luxurious because it was equipped with a modern kitchen and a bathroom all in one apartment. The bed itself is a double which felt perfectly comfortable and cozy with air conditioning and bedside lamp. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here in this apartment as it was a delightful experience that I would highly recommend.

Maybe, it must be too expensive for my budget

It was clean, everything was fine, apart from the curtain where there was meant to be a door there

We thought we had the place to ourselves but realised there was a curtain where a door should've been, and was a shared studio not a private space. We decided not to stay when we arrived
