Fantastic location for exploring Cornwall, clean and modern villa and friendly host

Good location for exploring Cornwall, we wanted a base that would be family friendly and this delivered. Lovely grounds, play park for our little boy. The villa had all your basic needs, and made a real home from home holiday.

The WiFi connection wasn't great and a bit gutting we couldn't use the pool area but this was explained prior to arrival.

It was close to my family who live in Cornwall.

The property is great and well kept, very clean and had everything we needed!

no Wi-Fi and the downstairs tv did not work properly

It was a great location, the chalet was really excellent - very clean and lovely. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook again. Just wished we had stayed longer!

Pool was a bit murky and not very inviting - maybe the weather and lots of suncream going in there. Could do with a bit of an update I think.

The house we rented was very clean, had everything we needed and was located just in the centre of everything.
