Lovely comfy Chalet on a nice quiet site,Cedars bar & restaurants 5 mins away,nice flat walk to the centre.

Double mattress needs replacing like sleeping on springs other then that was perfect.

Location was OK. Not far from the town centre. A good walk. It was nice that we could take 2 dogs 🐕 .

The beds. So uncomfortable 😫 very lumpy. Had to sleep on top of the duvet. Good job it was warm night. Not had a cover over me. Filing cabinet as a wardrobe quiet funny. .

The enclosed balcony and outdoor seating for four people. The site it's on is clean and tidy and 5mins walk to the beach. You can park your car up and walk into town.

The double bed was extremely soft and you could feel all the springs and the pillows also need replacing. I was surprised as I read previous reviews saying how great the beds were? Which is why I booked it. There are three seats in the lounge. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking a meal. The toilet door needs replacing and is completely broken. This place needs some TLC. Also using proper dehumidifier pots would look better than all the white pots.

Mablethorpe itself is great a super little resort something for everyone

The chalet it smelt of damp and fusty ,was not that clean either, very disappointed, contacted owners and they denied anything wrong, they had glasses of white powder all over to absorb moisture the toilet brush made my wife feel ill .

Fabulous place to stay, beach just across the road, everything you need is there, perfect! Will definitely go again

right next to restaurant, Wi-Fi inside and the use of Netflix.

no living room door (fire hazard ) no privacy at toilet ,a flimsy slide door that was to small parts of the ceiling panel just hanging down then half stuck with tape filing cabinets in the bedrooms Dog friendly but no hoover not even a sweeping brush Beds we couldn’t sleep in ,the mattresses all need replacing lumps and bumps with stuck out springs pillows flat as pancakes we stayed on this site many times and never a issue but this chalet is the worst ever ,you go away and expect at least a bed that you can sleep in ,we ended up sleeping on the filthy stained dog hair ridden sofa bed ,we lasted the night then came home ,we messaged the owner about the issues no reply and we are out of pocket ,the place is a dump

the location very good .

we are two large people and tall cud not get under shower as too tall and very tight to get in.
