Extremely clean. Lovely little place. Just perfect. Couldn't fault in any way. Amazing value for money. Great location. Polite helpful host. 100% impressed.

Limpieza ,ubicación relación precio calidad.Parking gratuito cerca.Zona común con cocina ,todo muy limpio .

Sinceramente todo. La ubicación es céntrica y cómoda, con acceso a todo. La relación calidad-precio fue buena, todo estaba limpio y la atención inmejorable. Gracias Jorge.

Nice decorated house and rooms. Clean, modern furniture and well equipped kitchen. Supermarkets, beach and bus station close by..
Right in the city center. A bit noisy at nights though but perfect for everyone who wants to party.
For me, not the most comfortable beds, my mum liked them though. ok to sleep on.

La pièce commune avec machine à laver sèche linge frigo vaisselle possibilité de préparer son repas est parfaite.
La clim marche bien mais bruit de goutte à goutte dans réceptacle.
Grande douche très agréable.

Le bruit : certes il y a un double vitrage très efficace mais on entend bcp trop le bruit du magasin qui range tout le matériel à minuit et la musique du quartier qui est très forte.
Le manque d'opacité : un store occultant insuffisant, la lumière passe et réveille.

Located in city center, nice host, clean, great shared kitchen.
As it is located almost in center of town it can be noisy behind the window, but it’s ok if you sleep tight.

the bath room was not clean, there were open shampoos papers and a lot og hair in the shower of last clients :(

The room was super nice and the host was friendly. The position was really at the center of all the shops, restaurants, night life or beach.

very nice rooms and an awesome kitchen in the middle of the “Beach Vagas” party area. Juan our host was super nice and worked hard!
our room was very damp with no way of drying it out. everything felt wet because of the humidity. hopefully it’s not like this all the time but I believe it’s a problem with the construction and ventilation…

Really clean apartment style rooms and quite spacious. Close to the square of Old Town so plenty of bars, cafes etc close by. Felt safe as a solo traveler.
Due to being apartments and no receptionist there is no option to check in any earlier/later

Recently refurbished and very modern place, clean and well located right into town. Helpful host.
Ensuit toilet door doesn't allow for privacy. The deposit for the room is very high and unusual (haven't been asked for 100 euros deposit anywhere else)

The rooms were freshly renovated and new, the bathroom was very nice and the kitchen upstairs had everything needed incl washmashine and dryer
Unfortunately there was a mouldy filter in the coffeemashine and the filter was not clean from the dryer. The location is good if you like the nightlife, you are in the middle of it as the building is between the two busy main touristic streets. If you like it quiet take earplugs.

The property was very clean and the host was welcoming and very friendly.
We stayed during a rainy period so the whole room felt damp.
Although there were facilities at the property such as kettle, kitchen and washing machine, the communal space is quite small for the number of rooms. We could not use the facilities at any time but had to wait for others to finish first. This was particularly problematic around breakfast time as we had to wait around.
