Well proportionate space with 1 small bedroom, Shower suit, Toilet, Living/kitchen area which can be another bedroom with an easy sofa bed. free parking and a great shopping centre with nice restaurants and shops

Tiene todo lo necesario y muy limpio, sofa-cama muy cómodo, T V grande, cocina, microondas, lavavajillas, mininevera con congelador, cafetera, bañera, w c y una habitación doble. A 2 minutos andando un centro comercial y la parada del bus número 47 que te lleva gratis a Disney. Si vuelves con taxi son 7 minutos y cobran 20€.

A major highlight of my stay was the owner, Nicholas, whose exceptional helpfulness, politeness, and attentiveness truly stood out. The apartment's location proved to be incredibly convenient, with Disneyland just a short 10-minute drive away. The abundance of nearby restaurants and a sizable shopping center ensured that there was never a shortage of options for dining and entertainment. However, it's worth noting that the only hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay was the Wi-Fi signal, which unfortunately was quite weak. This small issue aside, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this apartment and appreciated the efforts made by Nicholas to make my stay as enjoyable as possible."

It was very comfortable... We slept on the pull out couch.

Clean. The space, even if small, well utilised. Well equipped. New furniture and appliances.

it has a free transfer to Disneyland and from it! it was great! the bus stop was 2min walk from apartment! also the train station was 15min walk to get to the Paris center kitchken had all the equipment it was safe and very clean

you can still hear the noise from the street but it wasn't a problem because we were too tired to be bothered by it

The location on the building is very good, very convenient, just 2 minutes away from the shuttle bus station to Disneyland and the entrance to the Val D’Europe mall.The area is not crowded, quiet and with little traffic. The building serves breakfast, for a fee. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary tableware: cooking stove, microwave, dishes and glasses and cutlery, hairdryer. The bed in the living room and the bunkbeds were very comfortable and clean sheets and towels were provided.

The apartment is way smaller that it looks in the pictures, even if the photos are indeed real. Once the bed is set in the leaving room there is no more space to walk around. We had a bug issue (silver fish bug), they were present in the bathroom, in the toilet room, our daughter found 2 insects in her slippers and it was quite unpleasant. We approached the owner regarding this matter and he came, with our approval, to spray something for these bugs. On our return in the evening, we didn’t encounter any insect. Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean, we had to sweep as the dust was visible everywhere. Once the bed in the leaving room was lowered, more dust came out. As well a piece of parquet was a little stripped out and the door from the children’s bedroom could not be closed.
