Our apartment was clean and we loved the location. Being right across the street from Denver’s union station, there are plenty of restaurants, a convenient store and a grocery store, all in walking distance.

We couldn’t fault any aspect of our stay, reception staff were first class, helpful, polite in all ways. Communication prior to stay was exemplary, our room was so comfortable and had all appliances and more you would want. Perfect location for accessing train for the airport, two minute walk. Also, same applies to access main city sights

All the staff were friendly and nice. The room and building were clean. The only very disappointing thing was wifi. It was too weak to pick up on the first night, for the next few days, I could choose it but basically no service. I could use all of my computer/ipad via my phone, but it was annoying and disappointing.

Came to town for Cubs/Rockies series. Great location and amenities. My only small complaints are the coffee maker was complicated to use, and the bed was small.

Every thing was fantastic, except the hot tub and pool heater was broken. Fortunately the weather was super hot so it didn't really affect anything. Due to proximity to Union Station there was a noticable homeless presence, but thats no fault on Sentral's. Staff were amazing. When our airline lost my bag, they were very accommodating in accepting the delivery and notifying me it had arrived.

This is such a great property to stay at. We had a very large apartment that was clean and comfortable, with a washer/dryer and kitchen. We were only there for one night, so we didn't get to take advantage of some of those amenities, but we would definitely book a longer stay here in the future. There were HUGE windows with a city view, which was a real highlight. The building is located in a a fantastic location - right around the corner from Union Station with a pharmacy, grocery store, and plenty of restaurant and bar options within easy walking distance. Great shopping options as well.

This is not a 4 star property. It is a no frill place, with the best features being its close proximity to Coors Field, Union Station, great dining, very walkable, a good central location for downtown stays. The room though… not clean, not comfortable, just not well maintained. Again.. it’s bare bones. It serves its purpose if all you’re looking for is a place to lay your head. We found our room with crumbs on the floor under kitchen table, used coffee filter and who knows how old the water was that was left in coffee maker, scuffed walls, damaged/old/cheap furniture, uncomfortable bed mattress and pillows, bed was a full/not queen, some of the towels smelled moldy, previous guest used lotion (not replaced in between guests), poor bathroom sink drain, and a horrid sewage smell in the bathroom (which, we were glad it was nice outside, so we could open windows). I’m sure some rooms are nice and clean, but this one we were given, sadly was not a good experience and we won’t ever return, nor will we recommend this property to others. We have stayed in nearly every 4+ star property in downtown Denver. If you’re looking for a true 4 star guest experience with immaculate rooms and property, you’ll want to look elsewhere. If you don’t mind poor cleaning practices and uncomfortable furniture and bed & are more looking for something close to Coors Field/Union Station and don’t plan to stay long, this property might suffice. I just have higher standards & expect more for 4 star.

I did not like having to enter a code each time I got into the elevator, a card would have been much easier. Also you couldn’t get regular channels on the tv only Netflix and Amazon prime, so basically no tv to watch.

The pool was amazing location was so perfect.

We loved our stay here! Having a full kitchen including dishes and being right over a whole foods is great. The walk from the train station is super convenient if you’re coming from the airport. The space was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staying in an apartment setting was so much better than a hotel. More space. Price a little higher but considering the view, location of property and accessibility to sports venues, restaurants and transportation. I highly recommend.

We only stayed here for one night but it was so convenient. We parked up out the front and paid $2 on an app so that we could drop our bags off. The gentleman at reception was super helpful when giving us instructions for the parking and we reserved a space online straight away. The lift took us directly from the car park to our floor which was extra convenient. The apartment block itself is fantastic! Great amenities indoors and out, I wish we had long enough to spend time relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Our room was huge and would be great if you are staying a little longer. It was clean but it was probably the least clean room we’ve stayed in during our three week trip so there’s definitely room for improvement. The bathroom sink was blocked and I found a random dirty knife on top of one of the mirrors that a previous guest had obviously put there lol. Will definitely be back in Denver one day to properly explore, and this will be where we stay for sure.

This place was awesome. Very modern, nice and quiet. Our room was so nice and had everything for a comfortable stay. Pretty close to everything downtown and right across the street from the train station. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again.

The property itself was nice, we enjoyed the amenities. The actual unit we were in was rough - water damage and moldy mildew smell in the bathrooms, scratchy sheets, cheap furniture. We would stay in this building again but would request a different, nicer unit.

It was our first time in Denver. We got off the plane and headed towards downtown to our hotel. We took the train from the airport ($10 each), super easy and great views. We arrived at our hotel which was right across the train station. We were welcomed by Joseph who was kind, and very helpful. Our room was very clean and our bed so, so comfortable. We even had a balcony. The kitchen had everything you could need, and there was even a laundry room. We went to see the pool from our floor, as you can walk out to a beautiful terrasse that overlooks the pool. We had a morning coffee there, very quiet and pleasant. We loved our stay and would come back again definitely.

This place exceeded my expectations by far. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the amenities, the gym, the pool and Jacuzzi, and the staff was fantastic.

The property was ok, but the furniture was not comfortable at all. The love seat was bad and the bed was suppose to be a queen but it was a full and not very comfortable. For the price I excepted better quality, I would not stay there again.

This property is very convenient to transportation and major sports venues. Units are extremely comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars is that there is no in-room coffee except freeze dried Tasters Choice. Going downstairs to get two cups of fresh coffee and then enter your security code in elevator keypad is not a pleasant experience when your hands are full. The only reason for 4 stars on area around the property is the usual noise you would hear in any major downtown area. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay and would definitely stay at Sentral again.
