Friendly host. She made us breakfast even though it wasn’t included in cost of place. The place was super clean. Extremely good value for money.
Our room was quiet despite noise on the street at times.
The location worked for us however wouldn’t necessarily work for everyone. Nearby some sketchy areas however building safe and secure.
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

It was all very clean and comfortable. The room was very ample and it has a couple of fans plus an air conditioning unit so we had a really good night sleep.
The street the house is in is really nice and it feels like a safe neighbourhood.
Maria was lovely and very helpful…
We only spent there 1 night as we were only in La romana to go to Catalina Island so we didn’t get to know much about the city and what are the places you would want to go there; however, we walked to Casa Maria from the city center as it was only a half an our walk and that’s something I would never do again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone, it isn’t nice!
So, while the actual neighbourhood Casa Maria is in is very very nice, it’s not good if you want to walk to places that are even only 2km away.

Very nice accommodation, the owner and her family are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast is served every morning. Very clean and beautiful room.

The customer service and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. She even woke up early because she knew I had to leave early for a business meeting - so when I wake up the breakfast was already ready and it was so delicious - she made me feel like home. I will definitely return for business trip or tourism.

they have all the amenities available and there is a huge common area to relax ,cook ,watch TV ,drink free water.

Maria cooks a great omelet for breakfast. You also have access to a full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.
It's a little hard to find using Google maps, but only one block away. The building itself has a big sign "Casa Maria"

Everything was really good. Maria, the host and her husband were charming and so helpfull. The room was spatious, located in a peacefull part of the city, not too far from the center. We had a whole floor for ourselves including a room with AC, a bathroom and a kitchen. A light breakfast was included.
We did chhose these room at last minute and it was an excellent quality-price stay.We also did had the opportunity to visit Bayahibe and Saona Island during our stay since it's not to far from the city.

I really liked the place. Doña María us an excellent hostess.
That I didn't stay longer. The place was very quiet and relaxing.

You should definitely stay here. The place is fantastic, super clean, spacious and brand new! Maria and Enrique are lovely hosts. Maria cooked a lovely breakfast each morning and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable. Booked for 1 night, stayed for 3! Far better than places that were double the price 👌🏼👌🏼
Note: it's a little tricky to find because the numbers on the street are in a random order, but it's just next to the little supermarket on the corner.
