The breakfast was lovely, as was Lindsay. Its right by the station which was incredibly useful for getting into Edinburgh and the accommodation made our holiday.

Perfect breakfast. Location was a little far from my destination but that's only because I couldn't afford to rent the hotels close to my destination.

I loved everything. Distance was my only challenge. But I learned to use the train and that made things much better. So in general, it was good.

Made very welcome. We booked non on suite room but bathroom was nearby. Very good value. Good Asian restaurant in walking distance.

booked at last minute when our plane couldn't land in Tiree. Lindsey swapped room for one with two beds when she realised we were brother and sister. We went for walk along Fife coast afterwards from Elie which I can recommend

Very helpful hostess. Lovely breakfast. Safe parking. Offer to stay later than checkout while waiting for registration at the port.

Shared bathroom, which was not in the original spec when I booked. Having 5 guests needing the bathroom in the morning was difficult. Lot of noise from adjacent bathroom used by the hostess and daughter, at night and early morning. Garden not available for use but mentioned in spec.

The property is situated in a pretty quiet neighbourhood. I received a very warm welcome. Lindsay was friendly and professional at the same time. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Breakfast was delightful.

We were pleased with the host. Lindsay is the best one :) we felt like we came to our old friend's house to relax and rest. Everything is in the place that you may need during your stay. Thanks to Lindsay we had a tasty homemade breakfast and a good atmosphere in the morning. Our dog was happy to run in the field right opposite the house so it’s a big thing we liked also. Thank you very much for everything and we are sure we will come back soon :)

The owner is a really nice and friendly woman who was very accommodating and mad us feel welcome.

No ensuite available, had to go two door down to get a shower. We had requested the room with an ensuite, but this was double booked and unavailable. This was a bit inconvenient, but didn't impact too much on our stay..
